“It’s always a great experience at Chai, the coffee is great, and food is always fresh and delicious! I got the chicken wrap which was great. The selection of cakes is incredible, they are not too sweet and are freshly made everyday. The decor is incredible and it’s very comfortable and cozy to sit here. “Reliable Comfort Food & Great Service! Pizza Hut Banstead is my go-to when I'm craving that classic pan pizza, and it rarely disappoints. On my last visit for a takeaway, the service was particularly quick and friendly, making the whole experience very smooth. I ordered my usual, a large Vegetable Pizza with a stuffed crust, and it was piping hot and perfectly cheesy when I picked it up. The crust had that signature crispiness on the outside and was wonderfully doughy inside, just how I like it. My side order of Cheesy Bites were also a hit – gooey and garlicky. What truly stood out this time was the efficiency of the team. Even though it seemed quite busy, my order was ready precisely when they said it would be, and the staff member at the counter I believe her name was Pooja, she was incredibly helpful was cheerful and ensured everything was correct. It's these consistent, positive interactions that keep me coming back. While it's not gourmet pizza, Pizza Hut delivers on its promise of satisfying, comforting fast-food pizza. Perfect for a relaxed evening in. Highly recommended for a reliable pizza fix!"”

We had several meetings with Mario, discussing our whole project and his flair for design and attention to detail reflects in the kitchen that we have today. At every stage Mario gave advice and ideas and made sure that every detail was considered and catered for. “First time trying this morning. I was blown away with how good the food was. It's such a shame on the lady that served us. Very miserable and not friendly or polite. The other lady that brought our food was lovely. I was going to knock a star off but because the food was that great. I didn't want to do that. We will be back for the food. And hopefully better service tomorrow. That's how much I enjoyed the food!”
