“Super easy to find inside of the London Heathrow Airport. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I entered the establishment. I looked at the menu prior to arriving so I wouldn’t spend too much time making decisions. I chose the assortment of 8 and had them wrapped in a colored bow of my choice for no extra charge, I also tried the vanilla cake, which was recommended by the employee. It was extremely light, and delicate to taste. It was the perfect snack to eat while on my flight. I will definitely stop inside during my next visit! :-)”

“Today I got a cappuccino and requested for some Coffee grounds from a staff. She was very kind to me, took care to pack the coffee grounds well. She would have made me to wait to collect the coffee grounds, but she acted immediately with a pleasant face. I missed to ask her name but she had duo colored fringes and weating specs. Thanks for her kindness and thanks to starbucks for giving away coffee grounds for the customer.”

“I have a monthly subscription for 10 boxes and I am absolutely over the moon at the quality and taste of the coffee and the amazing machine I got for only £1 I recently had an issue that had nothing to do with Lavazza but the couriers they used and I am blown away by the amazing service I have recieved from Ryan on the Customer Care Team who has dealt with the problem to a very high standard. I can honestly recommend Lavazza Eco Pod coffees because they are fully recyclable, the coffee is delicious and the customer service 2nd to none.
