Over approx 80 mins Montana took the time to talk with me about to what degree my hair would allow a copy of the photos I provided of the look I wanted, she showed me each stage of the cut through the back and top layers and sides, we discussed the texture the cut was bringing and how she would achieve this. “Taking my partner for a haircut and dye, this being her first time and I must say all staff members made us feel welcomed even myself not being a customer, was very helpful from start to finish. Sophie and Kate where doing my partner hair and kept conversing with her threw every step from cutting to dye. Even to giving us a discount due to not having change, which was icing on the cake. Kate went the extra mile in helping my partner as her leg was broken by supporting her while she was walking as for other staff members who had nothing to do with my partner hair. Would definitely recommend for everyone. 2 negative point Sophie our hairdresser was some what messy and was abit late apart from this 5 star from us.”
