“Since moving to No26, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. The rent is affordable for London, and the service is exceptional—particularly the ground floor, communal areas, and management spaces, which are all top-notch (and the music is a nice touch). My room is fantastic: modern, spacious, and comfortable, and any concerns I’ve had are addressed promptly by the management. I’ve been living here for a year now, and it’s been a truly enjoyable experience. The team, especially Hafeez, is incredibly welcoming, genuine, and knowledgeable—whenever I stop by to chat, I always leave feeling well taken care of. The apartments are spacious with high-quality finishes, and the amenities, particularly the co-working space and rooftop, are outstanding.”

“I'm also a resident here, and I feel it's necessary to address the complaints about summer odors from the bin area. While indeed smells were present in the intense heat, the reviews criticizing the concierges failed to mention one crucial fact: the staff keeps that entire basement area absolutely spotless, cleaning and washing every single inch daily. Their effort is tireless. The reality I witness firsthand is that the odor is caused by tenant negligence. Despite having dozens of free brown composting bins available and a large closed bin downstairs for food waste, some residents repeatedly bag up rotting food waste and dump it into the open recycling bins instead. It's fundamentally unfair to blame the concierges for a problem that is 100% dependent on tenants following the very clear and clean waste disposal system provided.”
