“We recently moved into this apartment, and our experience has been excellent so far. I want to especially thank the Leasing Associate, Callan Davies, for his help throughout the process. Before we moved in, he showed us around the property with great enthusiasm and worked closely with our housing representative to clarify details in the rental agreement. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and even after moving in, Callan has been prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. The flat itself is cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is convenient for commuting, and the property feels safe with secure gates. Overall, a very positive experience.”

“I recently visited the T4 hayes town. Its soo cool that i can customize the sugar and ice levels. Staff is very helpful and nice. I had tried some free samples which the lady is giving to everyone. Mango royal tea is soo delicious. I highly recommend visiting this branch for quick service.”

“When this shop was under different management it was pretty dreadful but now it is excellent. Food was great - (well to be precise we only had their fish & chips but as that was really good I’m sure the rest is too!). The entire place looks spotless and the owners are particularly friendly and offer excellent service. Definitely happy to recommend.”

“Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”

“Yesterday we visited Al Hyderabadi Mandi & Biryani, and honestly, the experience was amazing. The ambience was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We ordered Lamb Mandi, Apollo Fish, and Chicken 65, and the taste was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. Alhamdulillah, we really enjoyed the food. The service was also excellent. The staff were polite, quick, and very attentive. Prices are also budget-friendly, which makes it even better. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place, especially our Hyderabadi community — you will definitely love the authentic taste and quality. “Amazing staff and owner. They gave my mum water on a very hot day and then helped us locate a missing bag. Very prompt communication through the chat, and I could tell they really cared. My mum was so thankful coming here for water. The staff are amazing and very caring. Please make sure you pop by here after getting off the train. “Visited yesterday for the first time, we only live round the corner and had no idea it was here! Will definitely be a regular breakfast spot now. The breakfast was amazing, good quality ingredients and cooked perfectly and a good portion. My partner got my tea order wrong asking for milk in it, the girl behind the counter was happy to change it (thank you!) She was lovely, very polite and friendly. Lots of dog walkers passed by, seems a very dog friendly area which is nice, big park outside for running around. Overall a lovely little cafe. Parking was a little confusing, not sure if its because it looks like there is some rennovations being done next door the car park was closed off, but parked down the road and walked up, was only a minute away.”

The battered sausage is a standout, and they offer different portion sizes depending on what you’re after, all at very reasonable prices. A solid choice if you’re in Hayes and craving proper fish and chips.”
