“I visit Madras Flavor at least once in 2 weeks, mainly for their vegetarian thali, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great consistency. The thali in particular is a real highlight — comforting, authentic, and satisfying every single time, which keeps me coming back again and again. On top of the food, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and often plays nice Tamil songs in the background, which adds a homely and cultural touch to the dining experience. Overall, it’s one of my favourite places for authentic vegetarian South Indian food in West London.”

Amid the rush, I found an oasis of calm, elegant design, and healthy food. The variety of breakfasts, snacks, and drinks was beautifully presented, radiating freshness and well-being. The service was impeccable, and the modern, minimalist decor completed an experience that exceeded all expectations. One detail I found especially chic was the invitation to take a paper bag to store leftovers and deposit them in their containers, with no extra charge. A simple gesture, yet full of intention: practical, eco-friendly, and stylish. Without a doubt, it’s the most pleasant food franchise I’ve ever enjoyed while traveling.”

“Recently stayed in Hounslow for 3 nights, was really impressed with the local Spoons. Had an evening meal and a couple pints when we arrived, and I had a breakfast on 2 of the mornings. “Very homely cooked food,,, authentic indeed, loved every bite of what we had , started with ross omelette & pav bread along with masala chai and resumed later with goan thali with prawns curry(typical goan homestyle) & my fav kingfish recheado ,,,,the cozyambience and Goan music along with such delicious food just brought me back to my Goa’s old days when I used to work there. One who truly understands the homely cooked goan meal will definitely appreciate their efforts, probably the best Goan meal i ever had in UK. Service was truly welcoming by the lady & gentlman who owns the place (guessing),,,they both were very gentle and welcoming.”

“Only surviving cafe in this area to get a proper English breakfast. Food is good, and I love the atmosphere. Feels like you're in an Eastend soap. Ok, the old lady waitress is bit grumpy sometimes, but I didn't mind her. Took as part of the atmosphere, and respect the fact that they're keeping her for the job. For the negative comment I saw above, 'Not really English, is it.' This is a multicultural town, and I admire them for embracing the local culture and running it while everything local are disappearing. If you're a tourist in a neighbouring hotel, and looking heavy English breakfast I would definitely recommend it. The below meal with the tea costed me £5.60, and I wouldn't be needing food least for another 8 hours.”

“Excellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldn’t ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - There’s a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. It’s a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.”

“Hi I just came here today to say that Kiran who was working around 3:45pm - 4pm was so good as his job! He was the only person who was working and to me was unacceptable as I'm coming from hospitality as well. He was so smooth and everything was perfect. I don't know this guy but who hired him should be lucky to have him.”
