“Fairly new on St Albans Road, North Watford. Ordered a takeaway What we ordered: - Chicken Iskender £16.00 Shakshuka £4.00 Halloumi £4.50 Chicken Mix £22.00 They also kindly chucked in some Turkish bread, dips, salad and something extra which I’m not too sure what it was but tasted great. Collected from the restaurant and saved on Uber fees. Food was great and would prob try dining in.”

“This place was 10/10, I did not order in store but I ordered from Deliveroo and I had to come and leave another review. This is the tastiest Caribbean food that I’ve had in Watford and I’ve lived here for 20 years. In fact, it’s probably the best I’ve had anywhere in years. The flavours were amazing, you can tell the jerk chicken came straight off the jerk pan, it was so flavourful, the rice and peas was rich in coconut, the macaroni could’ve had a bit more flavour, but when you eat everything together, you can’t even notice. The portion size was massive, it could easily feed two people. I also got a Jamaican dumpling on the side and it was so, so good, it was soft, sweet, and pillowy. I will recommend this place to everyone if you want a good Caribbean dish.”

“Everyone enjoyed their food, the matcha was really good, the music really good and the actually inside of the cafe is gorgeous. All the servers were really nice & accommodating (especially Lisa! she took great photos for us) even though we had a big group. Overall had a great time and would definitely come back!”

“During our trip to Watford to visit the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio, we discovered this restaurant completely by chance. For our arrival lunch, the four of us had an absolutely delightful meal. Both the children and the adults loved every dish. The food was exquisite, and we received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return for dinner the following evening before the end of our stay, and we were just as impressed with the other dishes we tried. “My son and his friends had an amazing time celebrating his birthday at the café! They loved the great food, unlimited squash, and getting to choose their own ice lollies. The party was held right inside the skatepark, which meant endless fun for the kids, while parents could relax and have a chat over nicely chilled drinks. A huge thank you to Ryan and the entire team — they were incredibly friendly, organised, and attentive throughout. “Great little pub in the centre of Watford which isn't just part of another chain franchise, so a rarity! They've recently don't up the beer garden which now has to be the best in town, good selection of beers and ciders, reasonable prices, nice staff, just a really great pub!”

“I had a very good stop at this Costa in the Harlequin. The café is clean, bright, and nicely laid out, with enough seating to actually sit down and relax, even when it’s a bit busy. The staff were friendly and efficient. My order was taken quickly and prepared just the way I asked. Service felt smooth and well organised, which is exactly what I want from a coffee stop in a shopping centre. The coffee was hot, consistent, and enjoyable, and there’s a good range of snacks and cakes to choose from if you want something extra. The food was good and reasonably priced, living up to the Wetherspoon standard. The place was clean throughout, and the washrooms were surprisingly well maintained, which isn’t always the case in busy pubs. Overall, the place is aesthetically pleasing and well looked after.
