“I was made to feel like I was visiting a very good friend, by the lady who looked after me. She kind, friendly, understanding, very helpful, nothing was too much for anything I requested. Also this lovely lady was kind enough to help guide me out of the store, which was really helpful as I am a permanent wheelchair user. Thank you lovely kind lady who looked after me around lunchtime”

“I.m used to jd sports having disinterested staff so when I visited the epsom branch I was pleasantly surprised. The young man who helped me was proactive and patient, friendly and smiley. I was so impressed I went out of my way to go here last week after receiving some vouchers for my kids. Again the staff were great. Girl on the till really patient and helpful and helped me with my vouchers and jd status points. I saw the same young man and he was friendly and chatty. Makes such a difference. I will visit again”

“A hotel behind a parking lot and set back from the main road, looking out front from our room, I could see a pretty curvy top fence and some picnic tables on the grass. We got given a family room (max 3 ppl) with a bath tub.”
