And he explained all the problems, and solutions, so we understood what we were paying for, and what problems we could expect down the line (because of the cowboys who installed the boiler, not Raymond!). “Romaine carried out a whole range of different works to my property, first fix plumbing for kitchen refurb, boiler upgrades, new radiators and shower. He also dealt with an undiagnosed gas leak and disconnected an old gas fire. There was a lot to get though! He’s very focussed and organised and communicates clearly at every stage about what needs to be done and why. I thought he took a real pride in his work and was very professional and tidy. “ASR got back to me really quickly regarding my carpets after an early morning text. Cleaned them within a couple of days of enquiry. Although all the stains didn't come out due to the age and condition of the carpet and 10 years of dogs and teenagers (no one could have removed these stains) the whole upper of the house looked so much cleaner and fresher and ready for me to refurbish. Excellent communication throughout and very trustworthy (left in house on his own for duration of job). Would use again and would recommend.”

“There was a crack in my shower tray, I asked for a quote to get it replaced and they replied the same day and attended whenever was good for me. Stanley, who did the job itself, was really nice, got to work straight away, and managed to remove old tray, fit the new one all on the same day and cleaned after.
