They give good unbiased advice regarding building materials and if they do not have something in stock they will search online and order it in from the supplier or advise if it is available in another branch. The pricing is reasonable both on products and also on their tool hire service, but I am wondering if I will get bigger discounts once I have been a more regular customer... On a cold day after having been to the site and in freezing weather there is the facility of a complementary hot drink inside. Keep up the good work team Travis Perkins!”

The kitchenware and utensils are best to get during their Blue Cross sales days especially after the festive season and Spring sales. The store has 2 floors for home and kitchenware including home furniture. I like browsing through the store for on sale items or for gifts. For those who don't like hunting for bargains, this is a good place to shop. Customer service is good but there is often a queue for the tills.”

“Had a bit of an emergency and needed two internal doors fixing, due to my baby being due a lot sooner than thought. Ray was a total star, his communication was excellent, clear, concise and so polite. He sourced the materials at a good rate and charged a flat fee for the work. The prices were so reasonable it made the job manageable for a single mum of four in January!! The work looks great and took less time than i though, everything was left clean, tidy and to a good standard. Ray was a pleasure to be around, has lovely manners.
