“We had Tom in to do a full refurbish of our hallways, stairs, bathroom and front room. When we got into the walls it turned out there was going to be a lot more work required that expected - Tom was great, talking us through all of the issues as they were found, and discussing possible solutions as we went along so that we could find something that worked and was still relatively close to the original estimate. We are extremely happy with the result, and it is becoming hard to remember just how bad the old hallways looked now we have had the new ones for a while, as they are so nice.”

“I must post this because it's so well deserved. The guys at Epsom HPS (and girls, in case there are any there and that offends someone) are quite unbelievable. I have been using HPS Epsom for many years but since starting semi-retirment, the business I put their way is minimal. However, they still treat me like I am spending a fortune and honestly they can't do enough to help. Every person who serves me is knowledgeable or will confer with a more knowledgeable staff member if they are struggling on a specific item or matter and they really make buying goods a pleasure. I had mislaid an invoice recently so needed to phone the branch to obtain a duplicate for my accounts. Not only was the assistant's tone very positive and helpful, he also remembered my business name and the peculiar spelling haha and had emailed me the copy invoice before I had hung up the phone. It really is a shame more businesses don't employ staff like these guys (and girls and odd identifiers) as their businesses would benefit hugely. Well done to everyone there.”

“Excellent, Craig and his team corrected a very squeaky bedroom floor, replacing most of the boards and rectifying the floor joists. They refitted the carpet and tidied up leaving no mess. Very pleased with the work done.”

Units and everything arrived with precision and he was always on hand to answer questions along the way. His fitter of the worktops said the units were fitted to absolute perfection as no spacers were needed at all.
