“Over the course of many years we took our cats here to be treated, always had great availability for emergency’s and whenever you would call the lovely ladies on reception give some great advice while you wait for your appointment etc. the whole team are so lovely welcoming & friendly. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the team were just amazing In making us feel relaxed and comfort we were doing the right thing. The lovely receptionist even asked the delivery man outside could he be as quiet as he can because our elderly cat was just inside the door waiting for her appointment. “Just used Ski Line to go to Borovets, Bulgaria. The trip ran smoothly and the reps were always on hand if we had questions while we were there. Balkan holidays offered a number of activities to do each night such as a bar crawl, Mexican night etc this was really good as it was just the 2 of us and it gave us the option to meet some new people. Overall no real issues with Ski Line, the price we got was good and we were happy with our holiday.”
