“I've found this spot some time ago, frankly it needs a mention. Easily one of the most under rated venues in Croydon. The staff are down to earth, helpful and add a vibrant splash of colour to the place, those they come into contact with love them. “I ordered starters crispy squid, gizzard and there was another order of chofi. Must say the squid wasn’t nice at all. It was shaped like nuggets not your usual ring shape which made it taste battery instead of tasting the actual squid quite disappointing. Must say the rest of the starters that was ordered were really nice and well seasoned. Also the moko it came with was delicious. I got jollof as takeaway yet to taste it. Deffo do recommend this restaurant service was great.”

“The atmosphere at FILTR was great, the coffee (my oat milk latte) was very smooth and tasty, it is great sustainably sourced coffee. I tried their coconut matcha latte on another occasion and I think they do coffee the best (I felt their was not enough matcha itself in the drink, but this may be personal preference). Seating available inside and outside, which is great to sip your coffee when the sun is out! Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, great customer service!”

The owner is Mo he's brilliant at suggesting really nice authentic Indian dishes if you want something a little more true to asian cooking he will cater for you. The only downside is the disable access to the restaurant and the bathroom, otherwise they are willing to help in any way they can. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Ps not badly priced either so looking forward to another visit before I leave London.”
