“Steve and Ben were amazing, we called them up because our boiler was playing up. We had no hot water. Came quickly gave us a fair price quote and started the work Thursday. They changed several components heat exchanger which got ruined by bad sludge water from old rads. Fitted new pump as well and a new valve. They recommended a system flush after seeing all the sludge build up ect.. and completed the job that day, they worked hard and were very knowledgeable. The table is a reclaimed composite piece that wasn’t cheap and is finished with a painted timber effect. Dov were onsite for a couple of hours and finished the table perfectly, including imperfections and colouration marks. Just amazing work and highly recommended.”

The final result is a joy to cook, eat and relax in - we love it. “Spent £11k on a kitchen, Lamona products were strongly recommended with their long warranty. I would steer clear as the Lamona brand is a Beko product which is not reliable and is serviced by a company called Pacificia who fob you off, schedule appointments and don’t turn up and take no accountability. Howdens also are not interested once they have received your money, Anita the kitchen designer does not return calls or emails. So disappointing as she appeared so genuine. Following on from my review, Jay at Howdens telephoned the next day to discuss my concerns. without any issues he arranged delivery of a brand new dishwasher the very next day which is now up and fully operational. Am beyond grateful following months of disappointment with Pacifica. I stand corrected, Howdens are the only ones prepared to help and I am so very grateful.”
