“Staff here are absolutely brilliant very helpful and quick to find a solution.. couldn't find the size bolt I had anywhere and was in need of them that same day so the guy at the till kindly measured the bolt for me and told me the exact size. So I was able to buy the correct bolts that day from a different store as unfortunately they didn't stock them in store but other than that the store is amazing other stores need to take note.. a little bit of friendliness and help can go a long way”

“Excellent service I felt listerned to,and as an older driver I wasn't made to feel silly or that I didn't understand, after I left the garage I thought I had a clutch issue and called them to tell them about it and the guy called Rob walked to my car took it for a little drive and said the clutch was fine, again he made me feel listened to and not like a silly old woman. “I suffered a puncture just before I pulled into the car park at Erith. I was going to change my wheel but found I didn't have the right wheel brace with me. I spoke to Jordan at In'n'Out and explained my predicament and asked if it would be possible to borrow a wrench in order to change the wheel. He was happy to help and actually changed the wheel only to discover that my space saver was the wrong size and seized on the brake callipers. That didn't phase him though, he found a tyre of a suitable size which had been removed from a customer's car due to a puncture. Repaired the puncture with a temporary repair sufficient to get me home and then refitted the wheel. Absolutely above and beyond what was requested and he refused to accept any payment for his trouble. I am disabled and walk with a stick, so the assistance given was very much appreciated and enabled me to get home safely. I really can't thank them enough and to refuse payment and provide the assistance they did is incredible service and highly commendable. Thank you so much.”

“I have been using Metro Service Centre for many years even after moving away from the area I still take my vehicles up to them for MoT’s and associated work . Danny is always accommodating, friendly & helpful , Colin the main mechanic there is a very competent technician and the rest of the staff are always great to deal with . The work they do for me is always carried out to a high standard. I’ve never had a problem with the workmanship or the prices that they charge . I’d Recommend them without hesitation. They just carried out an MOT and service for me yesterday on a VW while I walked to the local Cafe and had breakfast, on my return the car was all done. .”

The car had a lot of suspension work done so needed adjustment twice. Razz did mention this so had to re visit on the same day and he had adjusted it again, despite being on his own on a Sunday. Showed me everything transparently and explained the reason why the car needed alignment. Excellent service overall and would highly recommend this centre and Razz!”

Dobby started with Platinum Dog Walkers when he was 5months old, he is now 10months and loves his walks with them. I found it difficult to find someone who take on a large breed but Platinum Dog Walkers are very accommodating! Ours days tend to vary and this is never problem! Shelly and Sam are great with Dobby! He can be a handful at times but Shelly and Sam are amazing with him!! Always get lots of lovely videos and pictures of what Dobby's walks! Can't recommend them enough!!”
