“Checked Lontech Limited online as I was looking for a local repair shop for my ASUS computer which was not switching on. I read the reviews and majority were positive and decided to take it there ignoring the very few and far between negative reviews. I told Sab that I believed the issue was with the charger and on his colleague checking, they discovered the charger was fine. They soon discovered the issue which was rectified within the hour while I waited and I was given advice on how to make the laptop more effective. I asked for my bill and was informed that the £20 deposit I paid initially had taken care of it. Very professional and friendly team. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.”

“I saw this shop online and went there and try their sandwiches which were very good especially the paneer tikka sandwich which was very good and their masala chips were very great which made me remind my childhood and their chai was also very good. “What a find. This Company is a gem, did not disappoint, our Neff oven stopped working. It was a Saturday and we didn’t expect any response when we called. To our surprise we had a call out within a couple of hours. Engineer called Daniel came and accessed the problem, he was extremely professional and once he found the fault, he explained everything and a part had to be ordered. Communication was great, we had a call telling us when they were coming back, it was a couple of days as the weekend was in between. Daniel came back to finish the repair. Such a relief to find this company and so refreshing to have some faith and confidence restored when using a company for the first time, you never really know who or what you’re going to get! But, they tick every box, I hope they stay in business for ever!!! Once again, a huge thank you to the engineer Daniel. Price for first visit was £85.00, call-out, but no added extra call out charge for the return which was to install the part, in all the cost was extremely reasonable.”
