“We celebrated my dad’s birthday at Salut! and couldn’t have had a better experience. The team was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived: genuine hospitality that instantly made it feel special. We started with the golden beetroot carpaccio and bream royale crudo, both stunningly presented and bursting with fresh, balanced flavours. For mains, the duck leg, sirloin, and pork belly were all excellent, the sirloin especially was perfectly cooked and melt-in-the-mouth tender. The orange & lime crème brûlée was the perfect finale, light yet indulgent. It’s our second visit this year, and Salut! once again delivered both outstanding food and heartfelt service. A true neighbourhood gem: elegant but unpretentious, ideal for birthdays, date nights, or any occasion worth celebrating. Already excited to try their new Oui Madame spot soon”

“This is a gem of a place in Clapham Junction. It merits its high ratings. It has a great lunch deal but my favourite is the red duck curry. It has plenty of lychees, pineapples and green beans etc and tender meaty roast duck. The sauce is a perfect consistency and quite hot. I come here often with either friends or family and the food is always delicious and authentic. Highly recommended.”

All of the staff work so hard - from the chefs’ ability to serve amazing, delicious food at an incredible speed and in such high volumes, even when the restaurant is packed, yet the quality is always perfect, to the serving staff that handle every table with patience, professionalism and politeness even on the busiest nights. Kushi is the heart and soul of this restaurant. Every single visit feels personal because of the warmth, care, and genuine kindness he brings to his work. He doesn’t just manage a restaurant — he creates an experience. From the moment we walk through the door, we’re greeted with hugs, big smiles, and kind words that make us feel more like family than customers. We held our work event here last night and Kushi went so far above and beyond it honestly left us speechless. He went out and bought balloons especially for our table, set up music for us afterwards, and checked in throughout the night to make sure we were having the best time. It’s rare to come across someone who puts so much heart into what they do, and it’s clear that he pours his into every detail. It’s because of him that this restaurant feels so special. Kushi deserves every bit of recognition for the incredible atmosphere he creates and the joy he spreads to everyone who walks through the door. We keep coming back not just for the delicious food, but because he makes every visit unforgettable. Also a special mention has to go to the cocktail master himself, Kumar. His patience is unmatched — no matter how busy the bar gets or how many cocktails are ordered back-to-back, he handles it all calmly and skillfully. Every drink he makes is absolute perfection, and you can tell he puts real craft into each one. He’s an absolute star and such an asset to the team. Honestly a true gem, made extraordinary by the wonderful people who work there. Highly, highly recommended — especially if you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Kushi.”

“We had a great meal at Rosa’s Thai! We ordered the Drunken Noodles, Green Curry, and the Sharing Platter, and everything was packed with flavor. The Drunken Noodles were spicy, aromatic, and perfectly stir-fried – just the right amount of heat and wok hei. The Green Curry was rich and creamy with a good balance of sweetness and spice, and the portion size was generous. The Sharing Platter was a fun way to try different starters – everything was fresh and well-seasoned, especially the chicken satay and spring rolls. Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere felt relaxed but lively. Would definitely come back for another comforting Thai meal!”

“This place is well worth a visit. Was difficult to find the current menu, see attached pictures. I was told this is because they are in the process of updating to a brand new menu. The food here is really tasty and portions are very generous. We visited as a group of four and all left full and happy. The manager Danielle is very welcoming. The wine list is good and very affordable. The interior is a little dated but that's easy to overlook as the food, wine and service was great.”

The advice to get 2-3 plates per person and to share was very good. “Absolutely amazing and authentic Colombian food. We came for lunch and it wasn't busy at first, but the restaurant soon filled up towards 2pm and the atmosphere was great. Felt like being in Latin America. The traditional Colombian breakfast a an absolute steal for the price and fills you up for the day. The bistec a caballo was also outstanding, even though I would've liked it cooked a bit more medium. The coffee was lovely as well.”
