“I organised a get together for a friends birthday on Saturday 17th June for 18 of us and reserved an area for us all. My friend was very pleased with the area reserved for us right next to the dance floor the bar staff were very friendly and the staff were always checking to see if everything was ok even down to the security who were very chatty and polite. Great range of beers and especially the cocktails would recommend this place and the music was a mixture of all decades to accommodate all ages. Thanks for a great night”

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Casa in Weybridge, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Located at 2 Monument Hill, the restaurant exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions.  Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the elegant yet cozy interior. The staff greeted us warmly and guided us to our table with genuine hospitality. Their attentiveness throughout the evening enhanced our dining experience significantly. The menu offers a diverse selection of traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist. For starters, I opted for the Burrata con San Daniele e Pane Guttiau, which featured creamy mozzarella paired with Parma ham and Sardinian flatbread—a delightful combination of flavors and textures. My companion chose the Calamari alla Zio Pietro, a signature dish comprising squid with garlic, capers, olives, and tomato sauce served on toasted ciabatta; it was both flavorful and satisfying.   For the main course, I selected the Filetto ai Funghi Selvatici, a mature fillet steak in a wild mushroom jus. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and rich in flavor, complemented beautifully by the earthy mushroom sauce. My companion enjoyed the Coda di Rospo alla Provinciale, monkfish prepared with herbs, white wine, garlic, and tomato sauce, accompanied by saffron risotto. The fish was fresh and the risotto creamy, making for a harmonious dish.  The wine list is extensive, featuring a well-curated selection that pairs excellently with the menu offerings. We chose a bottle of Italian red wine that enhanced our meal without overpowering the flavors. Dessert was a highlight; the Tiramisu was light, creamy, and had just the right balance of coffee and cocoa. It provided a sweet conclusion to our meal without being overly heavy. Overall, La Casa offers an authentic Italian dining experience with high-quality dishes, attentive service, and a welcoming ambiance. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Weybridge, I highly recommend visiting La Casa for a memorable meal.”

“I am a regular at Cafe Wood (or ex-Gok's Kitchen), visiting with my wife or friends at least twice a month, and I must say, their new menu is a delightful surprise! The dishes are not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. While they currently close at 5 pm and do not offer dinner service, I'm eagerly looking forward to the day when they extend their hours to include dinner. Despite this, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try, especially if you're on High Street in Weybridge. You won't be disappointed!”

“I love The Waverley Inn! Amazing food and a lovely atmosphere. This place is beautiful all the year round. At Christmas they have a cozy and warm festive atmosphere. Two fireplaces make the pub even prettier. In summer you can enjoy a beautiful outside terrace with the lights. The team is very caring and attentive, service is always very good. “Awesome stay here. As an anniversary stay they kindly upgraded to an even more luxury room, which was huge with large windows with a lake view. So that was superb, the bed was equally enormous and super comfy, soft yet firm and supporting. Excellent shower and bathroom with complimentary soaps etc. Kettle and teas etc in room which was nice. Breakfasts was delicious well made and lots of choice. Little bit confusing as we needed to wait to be seated and there are a few entrances to the dining areas. Hardly a complaint though as we were seated quick enough. Walked about the grounds to get a overview of the house. Interesting trees. Didn't seem to be an official way down to the lake, nor a path alongside it when we walked down to it, just brambles. Again not a complaint, just observation.”

Shane and his team are all fantastic and the food is priced right and delicious! Great drink selection and you can tell that Shane really cares about his guests and his team. Swing by for a pint! You won't be disappointed!”
