“I attended Kamanza's Afro Hair and Media Makeup course, becuase I am from a salon background and want to transition to session .If you are contemplating another course, please dont . Kameanza is thorough in her teaching , she is patient, mindful, engaging and fun! Learning from her is made easier as she has a soothing calm voice. Not only are you taught about the course subjet , she also teaches set ettiqite , and procedures, the course is intense but we did have quite afew laughs . Highly recommended.”

“I attended this college as a student on the Vocal Artist Level 3 course from sept 2023- July 2025, and it was amazing, in my opinion. The staff were lovely, especially Shane Anderson and John Bergin, who were the most incredible and supportive tutors who very clearly cared about their students and our success in performances and assignments. I though the facilities in this campus, which was brand new when I started, were very good, most notably the practice rooms and the ground floor performance space, and I think as part of the facilities/equipment topic its important to note that all the computers used for production and music were Macs, which s very impressive. I loved the performance lessons and frequent shows that the college held, which I felt really helped to make me grow as an artist and performer, and I was able to access and experience some phenomenal opportunities during my time studying here; two opportunities included a two week volunteering trip in Cape Town, South Africa (which I can say with full honesty changed me as a person), and the chance to perform a 30 minute set at this year's Wireless Festival. Overall, I feel like the college has only improved since the new campus was established, and I'd highly recommend any aspiring musicians or artists attend this institution.”

Lucy discussed songs for the playlist and format of the party with me in advance. Arrived promptly and took all the kids and taught them dance moves, whilst the parents got to chat! They then helped us with sandwiches and cakes before resuming the lesson then a fun end of party performance! Very professional, and great with the kids. Highly recommend”

“At EMTA the quality of teaching is fantastic! Here, you get to experiment with many techniques to strengthen your performance skills. I have been attending since I was 7 and have recently left now that I am moving away for university. Every single show put on is to a professional standard and there is also the opportunity to have private LAMDA lessons with exams (I, myself, have just completed and received a distinction in my Acting Gold Medal/ Grade 8). There is a great environment and sense of community, making every single class enjoyable; many lifelong memories and friendships have been made here. I was particularly impressed at how every child taking ballet took part in a mini version of Peter Pan - the planning and prep on that alone! Extra rehearsals were laid on which meant juggling for parents but the results were outstanding.”
