“My daughter loves going to this nursery. They always welcome her with the biggest smile and make her feel special every time. My daughter has learnt so much since being there for the last year or so. She has become more confident and her breath of vocabulary has most definitely widened because of their teaching. When she comes home she is always repeating songs they sing during circle time. I would highly recommend this nursery as not only do they support the child to progress but also give really good advice to parents regarding potty training etc. Whenever I pick my daughter up I love how nicely the children play together and enjoys playing with her friends.”

“The Pattern Cutting & Professional Sewing Techniques course was great. Paul Simonson is so knowledgable and shared that knowledge in an uncomplicated, easy manner. I learnt a lot in 2 short weeks and Phew. The other staff are great. Nina Hunt in the Short Course unit was so helpful and nice. Maureen in the Sewing department was so helpful and went above and beyond. Great place to study. Will definitely look at doing another course there. Ikwo 2015”

The secondary section of the school is new and i can see that the headmaster and the rest of the staff are trying to improve all areas of the school. I think the school needs more help and input from parents.”

“I went to Danceworks a while ago to try out their K-pop dance class (as I’m a fan of K-pop) and it was very fun, the instructor was friendly and the experience was great. I recommend going for a good time and the environment was enjoyable.”

What stands out the most is the impeccable cleanliness – the floors, mirrors, and change rooms are always spotless. The sound system is high-quality, and the ventilation is excellent, so it never gets stuffy. Dancing here feels like a luxury. It’s clear that great thought has been put into creating a comfortable and inspiring space.”

“My daughter has been going to this nursery since we came out of the first lockdown and she absolutely loves it. We haven't had any negative experiences or reasons to complain. The first time we went to view the nursery, we were amazed at the space the children have to play and explore. The staff are always welcoming and ready to have a chat about your child's progress. A lot of times when my daughter comes back from nursery, she role plays her experience with her dolls and teddy bears like she is teaching them, that really helps me to see how she is developing. I am grateful for the teachers and the work they are doing. As a parent, I have the comfort in knowing that Ethelred Nursery is providing the best environment for my daughters growth right now.”

“My child has been attending this nursery for just over 2 years and has moved from the baby room all the way up to preschool. The nursery space is well organized giving kids enough room to have different activities and is much roomier than other nurseries I’ve seen. The menu has enough variety to allow kids to get used to different cuisines. Most importantly, the staff that work here really love their jobs and genuinely care for the kids. They have taken on board any special request I have had from bottle feeding changes, dropping a dummy all the way to massively contributing to successful potty training. Its always a worry when leaving your child somewhere and as a parent you can always find something to worry about but I honestly get the impression they have my child’s best interests at heart always, for me, irrespective of how well the nursery is run it’s the people that make this place feel like an extended family and gives me the confidence that this is the best place for my child. We have also worked closely with the SEN co-ordinator who has been fantastic at making sure my child was referred where needed and gets the support required. I would highly recommend this nursery.”

“As new parents we had the usual worries of having our child leave the home environs to start spending time at a nursery and pre-school. From questions about how settling in would happen, eating, drinking water, to physical safety and provision of attentive care and learning. We are pleased to share with parents looking to use a nursery and pre-school in the Pinner / Eastcote area that our experience and our kiddos experience has been wonderful. Our child joined the class for smaller children (Fawns) and then moved on to the class for bigger children (Cubs). All over the nursery, the staff have shown great responsibility in providing individualized care, guidance and have been attentive to our requests (almost daily) for looking after the well being of our little one when under their supervision. The staff from the head teacher to the teaching staff, assistants and support staff have shown great gentleness in handling all matter of things that can occur with a little 3 year old. They have observed our child's development needs and have been in constant conversation about these as out child has moved along. Observations of personality, abilities to follow instructions, manage independently have all been addressed. Last but not the least they have made learning fun covering all areas of the Early Years curriculum. As a result our child has blossomed at Cheeky Chums emerging from it more mature, independent and confident. I'd hand down recommend this nursery and pre-school to any new parents looking to use one local to Pinner / Eastcote. Well done team Cheeky Chums and a huge heartfelt Thank you from us parents! “The process of settling our child was amazing. He settled immediately into the setting and the teachers took his needs as a foremost consideration. The teachers he has had in the past 9 months have been outstanding and the care he has received has been as close to what we as parents would give. The meals offered are simply amazing! He loves the variety offered to him and has never complained once about it. The management is very flexible and accommodating to parents in terms of extra days, time off, etc. The extra curricular programs provided are so fun filled and my son enjoys every bit of it! In the words of my son on his days off, "I wanna go to schooooool!"”

“My son started Abbey Wood Grange Day Nursery at 8 months old, i was so nervous when I first started looking for nursery’s, so I could plan to return back to work. I viewed so many nursery’s in the area, Abbey Wood Grange day nursery had something over them all, for me it was the attention to detail & care from staff. On my viewing with Lisa she was so welcoming, enthusiastic and had a real sense of care. lisa knew all the children’s names when we entered the rooms. Staff was all friendly an engaged with all the children. Staff are all so friendly & welcoming, my son settled in really quickly and formed great bonds. He really loves being at nursery and gets all excited when we arrive. I get regular updates daily in his book from the day & updates on the tapestry app showing observations & his development. I honestly couldn't be more happier with the level of service from the nursery & staff at abbey wood. I know his well looked after, It really is a lovely nursery. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to put their baby or child into a nursery.”

“I really miss this place. Every staff member was very kind and took great care of us. They offer weekly kitchen cleaning, and the cleaner is very responsible—he always made sure everything was spotless! The room is not very big, but it’s space-efficient. During exam term, the ops team even ordered an ice cream truck for us. I really want to come back, even though all my courses are on the main campus. Unfortunately, I wasn’t allocated housing here this year. If you have the opportunity to live here, please cherish it!”

“I couldn't recommend Wellingtons enough. My little one started at just 5 months old, and now he's almost 2 — with another baby on the way! I have absolutely zero worries about starting our next baby even earlier if I need to. Some people might be put off by the idea of a larger nursery with lots of children in the building — please don't be. The size has never taken away from the individual care and attention our child receives. Honestly, I don't think there are enough words to express how much easier Wellingtons has made life for our family. You cannot put a price on the peace of mind that comes from knowing your child is safe, loved, and genuinely cared for as if they were their own. It's a truly genuine business, run by genuine people who care not only for the children but also for their parents. That ethos shines through from the apprentices right up to Jo & Joss in management. A special thank you to Jasmeen, Laura, and Hayley — they warm my heart every single day with their updates and the kindness they show us at drop-off and collection. We feel so, so lucky to have them. “CurioCity is the perfect place for our little daughter. We were quite concerned starting her at six months of age but the nursery staff put us so much at ease from the very beginning. The bond that the teachers share with the children in the baby room is so heartwarming and reassuring. Our daughter absolutely loves going there and gets very excited every day at drop-off. The children get exposed to many different experiences and the teachers are led by each child’s impulse & interests. What this nursery offers every day would be impossible to duplicate at home: different crafts, music, reading, muddy outdoor time (in the NEW garden area or the park), taking their nap outdoors when the weather allows in the summer months - all embedded in a comforting daily routine. My wife and I are completely in love with this nursery. The daily updates we receive on our daughter‘s development (including pictures and videos) are so precious to us! And the food they offer the little ones is AMAZING!!”

“My child has been attending Willow Nursery for over a year now and I have nothing but praise for this establishment. Thanks to the dedicated Baby Room manager and the staff who all work tirelessly to take care of all the children, my son has developed so much. My child was referred to external NHS departments such as Speech and Language, the Childhood Development Centre and Audiology when it was felt that he may need more support and that was as a result of the close work the Baby Room manager and SENCO manager had done with him. The nursery has fantastic resources and equipment such as a sensory room, SEN trained staff, a large playground, toys and books. Honestly, I visited a number of nurseries in the local area and none of them compared. The nursery is diverse as both the children and staff are of different cultures and raves and this is regularly celebrated. Overall, I can say I am extremely happy with Willow Nursery they take very good care of the children, keep parents and families involved and informed in everything they do and there is a real community feel about it. Well done Willow Nursery!!!”

“A few weeks back I was collecting my daughter from her classes in the centre and I purposely arrived a little earlier so that I would have time for my mid day prayer. I asked the lady at reception if the centre had a religious room. She was a little unhelpful and abrupt with an immediate no without apology. Not long after an absolute lovely gentleman by the name of Joe asked if I just needed a room which I replied yes he then guided me to a back room that had very dim beautiful lighting and only housed a ping pong table. I was so grateful. Just that small act of consideration and kindness made all the difference and immediately changed my mind about my initial interaction with the receptionist.
