Back in May 2025, I had to cancel my long-awaited trip to London due to a heartbreaking emergency: my cat was suddenly hospitalized. I cancelled the trip to stay by her side but my reservation was made via agoda under a non-refundable policy, Clara, with incredible compassion and dedication, went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness really meant a lot to us especially both emotionally and practically. Thankfully, my cat made a full recovery in September 2025, and we were finally able to visit London and stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was cozy and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure (a small detail, but it makes a big difference!). Breakfast was a delight each morning and it is free! Lovely pastries, croissants, and a selection of fruits and yogurts that made starting the day feel indulgent.
