“Steve, the owner of Rep Cars, is old school in his respect for customers. He is a genuine nice guy and a man of integrity. I met him by chance and immediately noticed he is not money orientated, instead focussing on talking the job through with me and on what he can do to help. “If I could I would give everything ten stars! Came here last night as we had a voucher to use and boy was we not disappointed! From sitting out on the decking, to the wonderful food, to the excellent staff it was just a joy from start to finish. The waitress staff was superb with their politeness, knowledge of the food and always smiling! So thank you very much to Anna and Megan - you have two wonderful members of staff there! Thank you also to Luke who was everything you should expect from a front of house manager. You three made our experience even better! Only one small complaint I would say the bottles of coke should be bigger. £5 is quite excessive for a 200ml bottle of coke and pretty high considering I know how much a case costs. We have already recommended to our friends and can’t wait to come back!”

“Alex and Nick are truly fantastic and I’m absolutely delighted I came across them one day when out walking. We have a Ridgeback and a Dachshund who have developed a very strong bond with them. The Ridgeback in particular isn’t always easy to manage but Alex and Nick know exactly how to handle him. The adventure hikes they take him on are the highlight of his week. I love that they are always taking him off to new and exciting places. I trust them completely and can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“I never do reviews but I can’t thank the staff enough for how accommodating they all were. I stayed with my little brother who has autism and the staff at the front desk ensured he was comfortable when things were a little bit loud in the reception by asking us if we would like to go in the back room. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating to his needs but a man called Marquise who works in the restaurant is a real life angel!! He really went above and beyond for us ensuring my brother had everything he needed and helping me feel comfortable. It can sometimes be nerve wrecking going somewhere new with a child who has special needs, especially one who only eats certain foods but Marquise really really went out of his way to meet my brothers needs whilst also reassuring me that anything I need to please just ask! We need more people like Marquise in this world! If you are a SEN parent or career you know how much of a difference people like him make to your trip. Thank you!!”
