“I never do reviews but I can’t thank the staff enough for how accommodating they all were. I stayed with my little brother who has autism and the staff at the front desk ensured he was comfortable when things were a little bit loud in the reception by asking us if we would like to go in the back room. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating to his needs but a man called Marquise who works in the restaurant is a real life angel!! He really went above and beyond for us ensuring my brother had everything he needed and helping me feel comfortable. It can sometimes be nerve wrecking going somewhere new with a child who has special needs, especially one who only eats certain foods but Marquise really really went out of his way to meet my brothers needs whilst also reassuring me that anything I need to please just ask! We need more people like Marquise in this world! If you are a SEN parent or career you know how much of a difference people like him make to your trip. Thank you!!”

“Puddl ducks provide some of the best swimming lessons available for 0-5 years old. The lessons at Chessington are in the safari hotel pool. Lessons take place in an exclusive area of the pool and the depth is 1.2m throughout meaning there is plenty of space for the kids to move about whilst still being a comfortable experience even for non swimming parents. Recommended.”

“Exceptional Hospitality and a Truly Comfortable Stay We visited the hotel for 3 nights for a company conference which was being held there. It was just over an hour from London centre on the train, or uber so we took the advantage of going into London centre while we were over there. All of the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From the warm welcome we received at reception very late on, after a long and difficult journey, to the attentive and efficient food and beverage team, every interaction was a pleasure. We were honestly pleasantly surprised, this was one of the nicest experiences we’ve had at a in this country, and we’ve stayed in many hotels here. The level of service and genuine hospitality really stood out. The hotel has been recently been refurbished and although it hasn’t lost its traditional feel, it feels lovely, clean and modern. Our family room was very spacious! It was probably one of the hottest weekends of the year, so we were relieved to find a decent fan in the wardrobe which kept the room cool. The beds were really comfy and it was nice that the extra bed wasn’t a sofa bed, as our daughter is nearly 18. The room for our conference was lovely with a stunning balcony which elevated the room and the food was excellent! Highly recommended!”

“Perfectly located outside Chessington and just off the main road. Rooms were spacious and clean with ample amenities. The restaurant is next door (separate buildings) but only a short walk door to door. Staff were friendly and polite. Would happily stay her again.”

“Only one night before Twickenham rugby. It is only 35 minutes from the ground. Parking an issue but we parked free on station carpark after 6 and before 8 It is 5 minute walk. Wetherspoons 5 minute walk up road for food and pint. Room was hot, shower was hot. Decaf ☕ free in room tasty enough. Lots of towels. Quiet night.”

“Our room was fantastic! Even the older kids enjoyed the games in the room. It overlooked the animals, which was such a nice touch. The beds were really comfortable, it was quiet at night, and the bathroom was a good size with soft towels and quality toiletries.”

“Lynsey was brilliant from day one. With being first time buyers we didn't know what to expect, but she made the whole process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. She was very efficient, reliable and friendly, and helped us to find our dream home. Would absolutely recommend!”

“Phenomenal cafe. The location is excellent, the staff lovely, and the coffee exceptional. The cafe also has great merch which is worth grabbing to show your support for an awesome small, local independent business. Highly recommended, particularly for a weekend stroll or if wanting somewhere to stop for a tasty coffee after/during a long run or cycle”

“Greengarth is a great local cattery and we would definitely recommend it to others. Our cat is clearly well looked after during his stay and Mandie takes great care of him. She also takes the time to send updates and photos during his stay which gives extra reasurance.”

They are extremely responsive, handle all issues promptly, and keep all parties informed on any on-going matters that need resolving. I always know Christies will do the right thing, and on-time. “Absolutely delightful! We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Garden House, where we were treated to an impressive selection of drinks, including a variety of refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails. The staff was exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, enhancing our dining experience. The food was delectable, and the dessert was wonderfully indulgent! We took a stroll through some of the gardens, though we found that many areas are reserved for members or guests only. Overall, it was a memorable experience!”

“Perfect location, 2mins from the train station for trips into London. A 45min journey. Free, secure parking. 10/15,min walk into town, which was pleasant, with sops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is modern, rooms are spacious and well appointed. Safe, fridge and iron and ironing board provided. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked, and the evening meal we had was cooked to perfection, reasonably priced and plentiful. The staff were pleasant, polite and very helpful. Highly recommended, can't wait to return.”

“This restaurant is amazing. The staff are ALL superb. Their skill is clear and their empathy and kindness is exceptional. We went here for my Mum's 93rd Birthday they could not have gone out of their way more to make the occasion special. The food is totally excellent and worth every penny. Jemima our waitress was brilliant. The hostess Annabel was the best we have ever seen. She was totally " on " everything that was happening in the whole restaurant. Josh the manager was empathetic and impressive. The venue is unbeatable. Choose this restaurant for the special things and the every day events and they will make everything special.”

“Fantastic site with a lovely fishing lake, good size plots and staff are reallly helpful, only downside is WiFi isn’t great. Toilets and showers very clean.”

“A very pleasant experience. Lovely grounds to explore. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfy bed. We used the swimming pool and this facility was great addition. I didn't use the gym but gym equipment looked modern and well maintained. In the evening, we had a cocktail each which we enjoyed immensely. The evening meal was wonderful and a special mention to both Anthony and James. That was the best burger I have experienced in a very long time. Sublime. The breakfast was excellent with everyone catered for. Highly recommended stay.”

“We wanted someone to look after our two dogs whilst we were on holiday. Luckily, Jane had availability and the dogs could not have been happier. When we returned they were very pleased to see us but really didn’t want to leave Jane!”
