Jacob was so lovely and down to earth, putting us both at ease and he explained the whole process to us. I was quite nervous (moreso than my daughter who didn't even flinch!) but Jakob was very confident and efficient, chatting to us throughout the process. All the equipment used was very clean and sterile and Jakob talked us through aftercare. Honestly, this is the second piercing I've had done in World of Tattoos and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
