I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . “Absolutely fantastic service from Ben. 100 percent would recommend. If you are looking for an honest, skilled and reasonably priced mechanic in the area look no further. I contacted Ben a few weeks ago with an issue I had with my parking brake. What started out as a small issue turned out to be a huge job as we discovered more and more bits that needed doing. This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. Having watched him work I can say with certainty that he is very knowledgeable and is keen to carry out the work to a perfect standard rather than rush and do the bare minimum. Throughout all my interactions with him he was pleasant and polite and acknowledged all my needs and concerns. It is genuinely difficult to find such an honest, hardworking and knowledgeable mechanic these days and from now on I will be contacting Ben with no hesitation when I need any work to be done for my car.”

“Almost perfect experience in this barbers today for a beard trim. The barber took the time to listen to what I asked for, and fed back to me what he interpreted. This may seem like a small thing, but it's super important to me. So many barbers I go to do not listen to me fully when I give them instructions. The quality of work was perfect. Very highly skilled barber, and also very careful. No scratching with the razor as some barbers do. Value was brilliant. £8 for a beard trim. Very good value in my experience, especially for a skilled barber. I have no negative comments. The only suggestion I would make is that I wasn't offered the hot towel service and face wash etc. I didn't mind, because I was in a rush, but, it would have been nice to be offered. It is only a little more expensive, but probably well worth the money. Keep up the good work, and keep listening to your customers.”

“Had a pre holiday acrylic nails, pedicure and leg massage and brow dye. The lady that does my brows takes her time and last for about 3 weeks for about £6. All are standing the test of time in the Sun and Sea. Feels good not having to do anything to my nails or feet other than an exfoliate in the sand. The only thing as a return customer is the flat screen and music is staff focussed not customer focussed. If you are in a salon for a couple of hours a little change might be nice. I keep coming back for two or three years now and look forward to massage.”

“I have been coming to Belmont dental practice for years. Dr Sreenash Kandian is absolutely amazing. Not only he is a good professional dentist he is also very caring, whenever me or my children needed emergency care we did not have to wait . Treatment was provided as quickly as possible. My son has complex dental requirements and it is almost impossible to get an appointment with orthodontist etc but doctor Kandian spent months sending emails/ calls to sort it out. Staffs are also really nice. Definitely the best dental practice.”
