“Really happy customer. Charlie was brilliant, discussing what I wanted; I'm lazy and just wash and go. She explained what the cut would look like in view of my hair type and what I would need to do to maintain it e.g. how to control fly away hair and how to style it with a brush and hairdryer. I booked an hour before by phone, so was nervous as I've never been here before but she put me at ease, as did the others on reception. A fabulous place, I will definitely be returning. “I’ve had the good fortune to be taken to Croydon University Hospital around 03:00 am. on Wednesday 5th November for blood test. The chest pain I had was caused by my heart, I was told. Heart attack?! For the next seven days I’ve had the best attention and the most polite care I could imagine. The food was far superior than in 2017 when I went through a similar experience in the hospital. My heartfelt thanks to everyone taking care of me, I’m truly grateful.”
