“I haven’t looked back since I joined Forever. Richard is a genius. His teaching is excellent, second to none, it’s so absorbing, extensive and endless such as technique, balance, character of dance, turns, swivels, spirals, leading, following, the hold , posture, count, timing , hip rotation pendulum action, swing, sway , foot positioning etc covering the wide array of Latin American and Ballroom dances in International style.I am totally engrossed. It’s of immense value to me. My friends and family have all commented that I have grown from strength to strength as a dancer in relatively short time 9 months and leaps and bounds compared to other places. Together with Jeni, I have all angles covered. Both are really attentive to the students in private classes and group classes to make sure we get it right, never taking their eyes off the ball, they don’t miss a thing. It’s quite exceptional how they focus on men and women in equal measure. One revelation to me is learning how to dance beautifully with anyone of any experience or standard , whether an absolute beginner or an advance professional dancer. . The Gala, Cabaret and Medal Nights are so slick, setting, choreography, lighting, photography. It’s so exciting to take part. One of the benefits of dancing, I find, is emotional and mental well-being which positively impacts all other areas of my life and which no medication can prescribe without serious side effects. The only serious side effect of this is becoming a FABULOUS DANCER.I am thrilled for myself that I am at Forever.”

“I've danced with Michael & Jowita for over a year now, all through lockdown on zoom and I've loved every minute. Their classes are fun lively and they cater for everyone's needs from a beginner to more advanced. They break the steps down and by the end of the class we know a small routine. They are such lovely people and very down to earth and would highly recommend being taught by the best. If I lived closer I would attend live classes without about a doubt Feb 2022 - online classes are still continuing and still so much fun every week. You think signing up to a dance class that is what you will get with Michael & Jowita , well you couldn't be so far from the truth!!! We have guest appearances from Rodger The Cat who is cheeky and loves to join in, The Robot Hoover who likes to go for a spin around the dance floor too, whilst creating magical choreography to a fabulous tune and nothing gets Past Michael and Jowita with their High Definition camera to give constructive feedback and just because you are on Zoom and you think he cant see you - well think again lol!!! They are an amazing couple and hope to join them one day for a face to face class”

“NCAD is a wonderful dance and musical theatre school run by Sarah Jackson. My daughter had tremendous fun during her time at NCAD, especially starring in their shows! Sarah manages to get the balance between laid back and encouraging ambition. Children who just want to have fun are welcome here and there are great opportunities for those who wish to take their performing arts seriously. You can take your dance G.C.S.E. and several NCAD protégées have gone on to star in West End shows. Class prices are very reasonable to so all in all this is a great place for your child to come to explore the performing arts and grow into a talented and successful professional if that's what they want to do.”

“Laura and the team from The Little Dance Academy have been visiting our nursery to do ballet sessions with us for almost a year now and the children absolutely love the classes! They are very friendly and approachable and the classes are wonderfully fun and engaging. Our daughter takes several dance classes in different disciplines which she absolutely loves. All 3 of our children also attend Starlight, their musical theatre course, which they enjoy immensely. The numerous performance opportunities the children have had has really helped them to grow in confidence and to develop life skills which sadly can't always be taught within the confines of the National Curriculum. My daughter has a real sense of being properly trained in ballet at the age of 9, as there is formality in the form of uniform and exam preparation without it feeling too strict. She loved the chance to prepare for and perform in a show at Jackson’s lane. Highly recommend this excellent school.”

“Jack provided private lessons to both myself and my wife before our wedding, along with group lessons for both our hen and stag dos. He's an amazing dancer and his passion for dancing and teaching is contagious. Jack made us feel completely comfortable and he helps you learn whether you can dance or have two left feet. The group sessions for our friends were great fun. Jack had even the most seasoned English wallflowers up on their feet. We will both be having further private lessons and we can't recommend Jack highly enough.”

“It was a pleasure to have met Stefan. We highly appreciated Stefan’s talent, dedication and passion towards dance and sharing the joy of dancing with others. I was so scared to start something like this in a group but everyone was welcoming and the tutor took time to watch us individually and guide us. Venue wise, my sat nav took me to the road before Oakley but I quickly realised to follow it around, taking two right turns and that brings you to the front of the South Norwood venue.”

“We booked sessions with captiv8 dance to prepare for a wedding dance at the suggestion of my fiancé. I want massively bothered about it but went along with it. It turned out to be one of the most fun bits of the wedding prep. Oya is such a good teacher, so flexible and so enthusiastic. She doesn't teach you just a routine but how to dance. We found the practice to be an ideal antidote to wedding stress. When it came to the wedding we nailed it, and it felt so good. We even did our dance at home the day later as we missed it. We're planning on doing follow up lessons as we loved it so much!”

“I joined Jig and a swig in January and it’s the best thing I’ve done since moving to London. Jessie creates such a fun, open and welcoming environment from the first minute. She is a brilliant teacher and does this all while keeping the classes organised and running smoothly, seemingly effortlessly! The community is fantastic, full of like-minded people who also want to try something new and make friends along the way, made easier by the fact that you see them every week. There are extra events being run all of the time and so many opportunities to get involved if the weekly class isn’t enough:)”

By providing multiple different levels for their classes they make it easy to find the right entry point for you and will coach you through the levels as you progress. They also host socials almost every night they run which is really unique to them and allows you to practice and compound what you learn in the lessons which is super valuable. The teachers themselves are both excellent dancers and instructors. The vibes overall is always good humoured, energetic and fun.”
