“This company proved a dream to deal with. Old fashioned values of customer service which is rare these days. Communication was excellent and a minor problem (not of their doing) was promptly and efficiently rectified. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they go the extra mile to make the customer satisfied and happy. From the moment I walked in, the team was so welcoming. They really listened to what I wanted. “I visited this lovely café in early July 2025 while spending the weekend with my best friend from the USA, who was staying in an Airbnb nearby. We found this place online, and it truly did not disappoint! From the first bite of the fluffy pancakes to the perfectly cooked full English breakfast, everything was absolutely delicious. The hot chocolate, was easily the tastiest I’ve ever had — rich, smooth, and comforting. The staff were respectful, and genuinely welcoming, they made us feel right at home. Their service was impeccable — attentive without being intrusive and you could tell they truly care about their customers. It was a quiet Sunday morning, so we even had the chance to enjoy a lovely chat with them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, amazing people, and a wonderful start to the day.”
