“What a gem of a place! Had shellac pedicure and shellac acrylics! Lovely staff. Didn't wait a second in fact I booked for two people and arrived and the basin was being filled ready for my arrival! Offered a drink several times. Took time and didn't feel rushed even though the phone was ringing and people turning up. Moved from another shop so will definitely stay with this one. It's clean and relaxed and so friendly. Prices good too. Was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend! They now have another 3 customers! Customer service 5* all the way! “I looked online for a country style kitchen and fell in love with the Homebase cream Country Shaker kitchen. I decided to pop into the Staines Homebase to take a look at it in person and was greeted by kitchen designer, Aneisha Muhammad. I explained the look I was after and she immediately sat down at her computer and designed my new kitchen. Aneisha is a very experienced designer and was able to made use of every inch of space and while my focus was purely on the look of the kitchen, she made sure it was practical for every day use. As well as the design, Aneisha did everything possible to make sure I did not miss out on special offers and deals. I was delighted with the design plan and ordered the kitchen. Homebase gave me details of a builder who had glowing reviews and the kitchen installation was very quickly booked in. During the installation, Aneisha continued to work closely with the builders to ensure a smooth installation. Hearing from others, having a new kitchen is a very stressful experience, but for me it was the complete opposite. Working with Aneisha was a wonderful experience. She is such a lovely, friendly person who took care of everything without any fuss. I received a very personal service and a genuine interest in my new kitchen. The end results speak for themselves and I have had so many “WOWS” from friends and family who have seen the new kitchen. Thank you Aneisha and Homebase for delivering my dream kitchen.”

“Hi This house was in good location good condition. The room and all around the house was absolutely clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, bathroom toilet was real clean as I use to work a housekeeper of 5 star hotel . My family member was happy as they visited from Thailand. She is 82 years old. Lucky the house was perfect for her condition. I usually don’t like to give feedback but to be honest . They customer service help line was good. “I've only been to this place twice to get my nails done. They have been considerate, patient and have the best attention to detail. I came in to have dark blue nails with a star design. Sera/Sarah who did the base was magnificent and the apprentice who did the design was simply phenomenal. I can't believe the detail and concentration that went into it. Both ladies know their stuff and would happily go back to them both again! Such a great environment with amazing music. Definitely coming back.”
