Hounslow Council's fleet management team don't carry out repairs, they are only concerned whether your vehicle is road worthy, so there is no vested interest in failing you like most garages do. Tests are completed within an hour and there is also a cafe onsite where you can grab a coffee or fry-up.”

Andrea is an outstanding paediatric physiotherapist — so kind, attentive, and full of positive energy. She did everything through play. While observing and gently checking my son’s legs and movements, he didn’t even realise he was being assessed. Everything felt like a fun game — they were jumping like frogs, pretending to be a rooster, and running around the corridor. My son was absolutely delighted and didn’t want to leave! “Caught my wife's door mirror on our front wall while reversing. Went to another bodyshop and quoted £460 for a new door mirror no other option given. Tried ft smartfix for first time and told he could change the mirror but as the damage was minor he could quickly just touch it up before my wife got home. 10 minutes later it's not so noticeable. Not a complete repair but just made it look better and the best thing is when I asked how much, I was told don't worry about it. Gave the guy £20 for being a gentleman and genuine.
