“I became very I’ll in June this year. This led to me experiencing very bad anxiety, I was at my wits end and did not know how to deal with it. The NHS were appalling, I was passed from pillar to post. I decided to take things into my own hands and find help privately. When I began seeing Greg I was desperate, however he was very calm and reassuring. Slowly but surely he explained what was going on within my body and how best to deal with it. He demonstrated techniques on how to overcome my anxiety and to recognise my triggers. Before my illness I was a very confident and bubbly person, thanks to Greg I am very close to being that person again. I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. Arrived without an appointment and although my tyre was not a common one, they had they exact model in stock (from the same manufacturer) and were able to fit straight away. Price was very competitive with internet retailers and they seem to carry a comprehensive stock range. Staff were extremely helpful and professional.”

“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local. “The Elphick clinic has been highly recommended by my husband, he was previously ( very successfully ) treated by Jaco with a back pain. Jaco has also helped with my back and neck pain - felt 70% better straight after the first treatment and continuously improving.
