“Not sure why this place has a few negative reviews. The day we visited our food & service was amazing. Restaurant is very well decorated & clean. We ordered the chicken biryani & tandoori platter which tasted fresh & authentic flavours. Definitely recommend to try this place.”

“I came here with my mum and the food was very good and well seasoned the lady at the counter is friendly and the juice was nice and fresh. I had the jacket potato with cheese and beans and the cheese was actually melted. Friendly staff, good food. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Lovely food, good prices, and a great option of different types of food - enough choice for everyone! This branch was very good, service was extremely quick and very friendly and polite, especially our server Louisa. Lots of good cocktail and drink choices too, which you wouldn't necessarily expect from somewhere like this. Would definitely recommend!”

“Quick tip at selco to find they have a cafe within... Little gem, Lovely service from the owner.. Will try to meet your needs as best as possible. Brilliant food. Probably one of the best breakfasts from a cafe I've had in a long while. Definitely one to come back to. Starts closing up at 13:45. Open to public also if you just fancied a cafe breekie.”

“The food was nice it always is. They phoned us in advance to tell us they had ran out of something, but we did go late. Dee who served us was very friendly with a smile, and helpful. Also what I thought was nice is they made me a dessert with Happy Birthday on the plate, when they found out on the day it was my Birthday. Elvita also was very good served us with a smile.”

“This is a great pub in the summer with its roof garden but also in winter with its roaring fire a great place to go. What is not to like about Wetherspoons? Food is great for the price, drink prices can’t be beaten and the staff have the discretion to sort out any problems on the spot. Unlike some pubs they have enough staff on too so your wait is minimal. Well done.”

“Had a curry here for the first time tonight. It was the best meal I have had in years! Great value for money and delivered right on time. The guy who took my order was lovely and catered for a fussy eater. The delivery driver called me to update me where he was and was very polite and friendly when he delivered my food. I called them to thank the chef for such an amazing meal. Will never use anywhere else again! Had free extra side dishes and a bottle of drink. “they have a decent curry selection (if a bit oily, the okra one is particularly nice). The biryani is a good deal (again, a bit oily), and their portion sizes have recently shrunk from ginormous to reasonable, but at 5.50, it's still acceptable. if you get a kebab on naan, they make the naan on the spot, which is super nice (kebab is average, though). Overall, a bit nicer than expected.”

“what a delight! This has always been our favourite place for an Indian. yeah..they make mistakes because they're human but they always try to rectify it when mentioned to them. they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure they get it right. we went for Christmas day dinner and they went out of their way to make sure my family had an excellent time and a great meal. they do not sell alcohol but we were told to bring our own..which obviously brought the bill right down. the cost of the meal was exactly the same as any other day in the year. there were 6 adults and a hungry 7 year old. it came to £141...for Christmas dinner !!! im doing this every year, im just hoping they're open for Christmas 2024 because they can rely on our custom. thank you guys. this was the best Christmas dinner ever (i hate roast dinners) for the record, we always make a point of trying other places to see which is best. there are other places nearby that do meal deals and cheaper stuff. but the flavours this restaurant serves has not been bettered elsewhere (apart from one place in north yorkshire a couple of years ago but its a bit far for a local)”

“I visited Taco Bell Romford as the last customer of the day, and I was really impressed by how kind and welcoming the staff were, even at closing time. They served me with a smile and great attitude, which made me feel truly appreciated. Alexandra, the manager, deserves a special mention – she is incredibly professional, friendly, and always goes the extra mile. Amazing service, I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Went to Liberty Bell yesterday evening to meet with some friends. Met by Bailey who had served us on a previous occasion. A lovely, cheerful young man who has great banter with his customers. The food was good but it was Bailey who made our experience more enjoyable and i would be happy to return . He obviously had many tables to juggle but did it with great efficiency. Our order taken and food and drink delivered in a reasonable time. Plates cleared and a decent time allowed between mains and dessert. All made a very enjoyable evening.”
