“Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”

“Great location for Heathrow flights, obviously! Very easy to book, park and relax prior to early flights, the concierge were outstanding. The bar and food were excellent. We were told exactly what was best for our early flight, they gave us timimgs for the Shuttle, which takes 6 minutes to Terminal 5. We will definately be staying there again.”

“I have been a regular customer for many years. My regular order is usually the pizza double deal but I recently started only ordering burger meals as I thought the pizza has changed. But after mentioning it to staff they were so amazing made delicious pizza's with the correct amount of toppings and if that wasn't enough they gave us an extra pizza to make up for the ones that we might not have enjoyed. They are an excellent staff really friendly, respectful and welcoming. I don't just recommend their pizza's! I highly recommend their hungry deal too truly mouthwatering I truly believe their burgers and chips are the best in town!!! I've had many great pizza's so the workers treat me like a family member. I still remember my daughter and her friend went to get Hollywood pizza the first time ever! They both forgot their bags there and when they came home. I called the shop and they mentioned 'don't worry sister their bags are kept safely for you to collect or if our driver delivers your side we will drop off' because they knew I did not drive and could be difficult as I have a little one. Which I really really appreciated. Thank you once again for your services and amazing food. Highly recommend them!!!!!”

“My wife and I had a wonderful meal at the Cast Iron Bar & Grill at the Sheraton Hotel Heathrow. I had the ribeye steak and my wife chose the fish and chips—both dishes were cooked to absolute perfection. The draft beer was fresh, the Prosecco crisp and perfectly chilled, and the whole atmosphere made for a really enjoyable evening. A special mention to our waiter, Vincy, whose service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the meal. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be returning in June next year when we stay again. Highly recommended!”

“We had a reservation last night for three and the service was impeccable ! We were seated as soon as we arrived, our starters came within 7 mins of ordering…. The smoked lamb chops and the mango chilli prawns were the star of the show. The waiters were so pleasant and came frequently to check on us. We also enjoyed the flaky garlic naan we ordered. It was the best Indian I’ve had in a really long time. It was worth the commute from West London. Would 100% recommend to any one who fancies a good Indian restaurant.”

“This was a great choice for dinner! After a long day of travel, it was late and we really didn't want to venture out for food. We gave the hotel's restaurant a try. And we were so pleasantly surprised! The menu was varied and reasonably priced. And we couldn't have been happier with the food. I enjoyed the beef brisket and Mr enjoyed Fish & Chips. Ended with some sticky toffee pudding. Yum! Ruben took good care of us and we had quite a lovely conversation with him too. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.”

“I order the bhuna sauce, Bombay potatoes with onion, pilau rice and naan bread with mint and mango chutney and without doubt the chef here is amazing. Naan bread never burnt and always fluffy and the bhuna sauce is very tasty. Portion sizes are slightly smaller than other places but so much more nicer and tastier. Very occasionally they send poppadoms and mint sauce and have to say they're absolutely delicious and the nicest I've ever had anywhere. Very friendly staff and always deliver within 30 minutes.”

“I can honestly say that this was the most delicious takeaway I have had for a very long time. Cooked beautifully and they won be over for their awesome nan bread. I wld say this takeaway is as good as Memories restaurant in Isleworth and I never ever thought anything cld top them. But Garlic have proved me wrong. Good prices. Lovely friendly staff and i 100% recommend Garlic as ur new Indian takeaway plus they do deliver. You will love it xx”

“I've bought my pizza tonight and was pleased with the special offer of £9.99 for any giant pizza. The pizza was indeed quite big and tasted good. Staff are very nice and if you ask to add pinaple topping they don't judge :-) Overall it was a good quality XXL pizza for 1/2 prize of what I would pay elsewhere.”

“I ordered the Hong Kong style Fuzhou fried rice (called Fujian fried rice in Hong Kong) on Uber Eats. Despite the negative comments on Google, I actually found this Fujian fried rice very authentic! The egg fried rice base was cooked to perfection, and the seafood sauce was full of ingredients. Although it is quite expensive, the portion is generous. I quite like it actually!”

“This is a great sports bar at HI. Naveen is a great bartender and the food is good. Lots of seats and beer is cold. I usually stay at the Marriott down the street which is much more expensive but will be back. As a lifetime platinum elite Marriott member that says a lot”
