“Freshest breakfast in Borehamwood! Barracuda is known for lunch and dinner, but their breakfast deserves far more attention. I had the Mediterranean breakfast with sourdough and an iced coffee — perfectly poached eggs, browned halloumi, fresh avocado and spinach, seasoned olives, and grilled tomato. It’s by far the freshest, most balanced breakfast in the area. Most cafés nearby are just average greasy spoons, but this is on a completely different level. If people don’t support places like this, they won’t last — and Borehamwood will only be left with the bland, profit-driven cafés. This breakfast is being overlooked and deserves more people coming in.”

“So this is the first time I have ordered a takeaway from this restaurant. I must admit I was most impressed! I am rather fussy ( as my parents were from Delhi) being brought up and cooking lamb curry from scratch this was a wonderful haven ! The closest in borehamwood I have tasted to curry at home. “This is such a wonderful, traditional pub. I had lunch with my brother & nephew last Wednesday, for my birthday. “I previously had the mixed grill, and that was tasty& rich, enough to fill 4 very hungry men. Traditional soups are very tasty(if that's your thing), and was pleasantly surprised about the burgers. The service was really good as well!”

Thanks to Sunny, who was working in the shop and he was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with our order. The staff were very helpful and friendly. “Amazing food and great service. The 2 of us enjoyed a starter, king Prawns and calamari, and main course each, spaghetti with king Prawns and penne with salmon. All dishes presented beautifully and tasted delicious! Best Italian food compared to Zizzi and Pizza Express. Staff were friendly yet professional especially Melania who served us, always a smile on her face. Highly recommended and will definitely come again soon.”

“Great little store and addition to Borehamwood. Saved me having to go to Friern Barnet for paint. Don't know why they didn't do this ages ago, as this area has no decent hardware stores (except Wickes, but their range of paint is pretty poor). I got friendly service from the lady on the till.”

“Andras and the team did a stunning job on our spare room wardrobes… First class service from start to finish. Andras was great in designing with us and the installation just looks such great quality. Definitely use Dexes rather than a High Street brand as they really care about their product. I had the mixed grill, which was excellent — generous portion with a great variety of meats to try, all cooked perfectly and full of flavour.
