“Two services were carried out for me at this shop, the re-sizing of a ring I bought at the shop and also the re-rhodium plating of a white gold ring I had which had started to show it's age. On the day I was due to collect the rings, I received a call from Richard advising me that the rings were not ready. As I live in North West London and the shop is in Brixton, I was a little put out because I had travelled all the way down there. However, I needn't have worried. Richard arranged to have the rings delvered to my home the next day in person by one of his staff!!! Not only am I hugely impressed with the job done on the rings, I am struggling to think of a better example of customer service that I have received - I'm absolutely blown away. Thank you Richard and the team and I will always use you as my 'go to' Jewellery shop. Ps: Over the last 15 years, aside from the ring I have just bought, I have previously bought two white gold bracelets and a white gold ring from you - so my allegiance is definitely with you.
