“Our Pakistani friend took us to Haweli restaurant in Ilford for dinner. We had lamb and chicken curry, lamb biryani, various kebabs, it was delicious, and our first time having Pakistani food, we all loved it. Sumbul provided excellent service. She was very polite and hospitable.”

The Lahmacun was thin and filled with toppings. Everything here was really enjoyable and it’s the perfect spot if you need a Turkish and wanna go with the family.”

“Me and my family, went out to celebrate our daughter’s exam result's. Prior to starting university, we had an amazing evening from the moment we arrived, nice seating, decor atmosphere. Most importantly the food was delicious and the portions were very decent, we had excellent time and would definitely recommend.”

“I have been collecting my Amazon parcels here since post covid. The stores opening until late into the evening it’s a great place to pick up your parcel after work and I don’t have to worry about missing the delivery man ever again. The store keepers are very friendly and remember me every time. I could tell they always remember their regulars and take pride of their store.”

“Went last night and ordered two burgers, a sausage and three portions of chips. The food was genuinely outstanding. We added bacon to one burger and an egg to the other. Both delicious and very filling. Very friendly service. Will definitely be going back. 10/10. Can't believe we've never been here before!”

“Extremely disappointed with this place. I chose this place based on the good reviews, but everything arrived stone cold. The chips were stale and tasted as if they’d been fried in old oil. The shawarma wraps were also a huge let down, the sauces were so tangy and overpowering that they completely ruined the flavour. Honestly the worst shawarma I’ve ever had. I spent £41 and couldn’t enjoy any part of the meal. Definitely won’t be ordering again. Save your £ don't bother.”

“I was Dubious about dining here after reading some of the reviews about management/staff But must confirm the place was amazing! We booked a table for 20:15, arrived at 20:10 and was seated at 20:15 our waitress took our drinks order and advised on some wine. She promptly returned with the drinks poured the wine and we ordered starters. Within minutes they was on our table. The main meal we was not sure about as the menu had some very nice sounding dishes. The order was placed and when they arrived at the table we all said WOW they was all presented well and looked devine. Our wine glasses topped up and we tucked in... the food was 1st class it really did taste delicious! The table was cleared and deserted ordered again fantastic! Very tasty. Would have loved a coffee but I was full. So to sum up the staff where professional, the food and deserts amazing! Can't wait to return to sample the menu.”

We came here once before and were given some sweet goodies as a kind gesture, it really stuck with us so obviously we had to make sure to come back. This time we were treated with the same warm welcome and kindness. The man who works at the till is such a sweetheart, always so attentive to the customers and never fails to put a smile on our face before we leave, he really makes up for most of our experience. “I was working in this area for a few days not many places to sit and eat unless you want to takeaway. I came across Sky Coffee Lounge it's in between a coffee shop and restaurant. There is a sandwich menu and hot food menu, serving a variety of cold and hot beverages. On the day I visited it was quiet and I was talking to the owner. If you live near here give it a try you won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is wonderful, if you're alone bring a book or newspaper, relax so some reading, meet some friends for lunch or if you have a casual date organise to visit this place.”
