“Take a class!! I highly recommend learning pole with Lia! I didn’t have a great deal of upper body strength despite always being fit but that all changed when I started pole classes at Pole Academy LDN. Fast forward a few years and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and just love pole. I’m 50 and proud of what I’ve achieved so far, moving through from beginners to high intermediate/advanced. “Jack provided private lessons to both myself and my wife before our wedding, along with group lessons for both our hen and stag dos. He's an amazing dancer and his passion for dancing and teaching is contagious. Jack made us feel completely comfortable and he helps you learn whether you can dance or have two left feet. The group sessions for our friends were great fun. Jack had even the most seasoned English wallflowers up on their feet. We will both be having further private lessons and we can't recommend Jack highly enough.”

“Just started my course at AYA and I’m so impressed with the teaching style and atmosphere. I was so scared to start something like this in a group but everyone was welcoming and the tutor took time to watch us individually and guide us. Venue wise, my sat nav took me to the road before Oakley but I quickly realised to follow it around, taking two right turns and that brings you to the front of the South Norwood venue.”

“I’ve been meaning to visit this studio for a while, but after a bad experience at another one near where I live, I held off. I usually take private lessons because the community in my area isn’t very welcoming or diverse (I don’t live in London). One day after work, I realised this studio is only about 15 minutes from my office in London so I decided to stop by for open pole. I’m so glad I did! I met Akila, who was absolutely the sweetest, and all the girls I met that night were so kind and amazing and inspiring and confident. The whole vibe was so positive and welcoming. The studio is pretty af and so is everyone in it! I’ll definitely try to come back for classes but if not, I’ll be here for open pole for sure!”

Divina is an amazing teacher, she puts you at ease straight away and her passion for Cuban salsa is so infectious. Anier is also a fantastic teacher and although the workshop was 4 hours long, it flew by because we were having so much fun. I would highly recommend Salsa Divina for anyone thinking about doing a salsa class.”

“Filippo at Tango for You is an inspirational tango teacher who works specifically with your individual needs and builds on them so you can become proficient in tango dancing. He is methodical and persistent with the basic foundation steps so that you gain confidence in your dancing. Above all his positivity and constant praise on your progress is what brings everything together and makes your lesson each time the most enjoyable dancing experience ever. “Our two sons are currently attending Playdays, in the baby room and in the preschool room. We are extremely happy with the nursery. The staff is very kind and caring and most of them have been around for many years which is great as a lot of nurseries nearby have a high staff turnover. The nursery is very well managed by Miss Kerry and everything runs smoothly. The children have the opportunity to do lots of activities (baby yoga, dance, french, swimming...) as well as regular trips to the park. We would 100% recommend this nursery to parents.”

Both developed strong bonds with the staff and my daughter currently attending just adores them and they have been a brilliant support in her care and development since she was 9 months old. Now that they have moved to a new premises the setting itself cannot be faulted, they have beautiful classrooms and an outside space that the children can run around and play which was the only downside with the old building.”
