He's friendly, helpful and always available if there are any problems. A woman here who knows NOTHING about cars just bought my daughter her first car, I had the dealership (second hand) bring it to universal motors for a once over before handing over any money. Within less than 30 minutes the car was given the ok, giving me reassurance. I would advise parents to do this for their children when buying secondhand, it saves money and is safer in the long run.”

Tony explained the whole process to me so I felt quite comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I called them quite frequently for an update and each time I felt they where courteous and happy to talk to me. I have had previous cars that have been repaired by other garages where you can tell there's been some sort of repair, but this time the car looks amazing with nothing to suggest there's been a repair.
