Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. “I recently had Botox treatment with Dr.Arti Sharma for my bruxism and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the very first moment, she made me feel completely at ease . She has such a gentle and caring way about her that instantly takes away any nerves. She took the time to explain everything in simple terms, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how the treatment would work. The actual injections were surprisingly quick and virtually painless , her hands are so light you barely feel it happening. It’s now been a few weeks since the treatment, and the results have been fantastic. “I recently attended and saw Sarra Mohamed for a teeth clean. It had been a few years since I had been for a clean and always get worried when the day arrives. Sarra and her assistant were very polite, friendly and welcoming. Going to the dentist is always an anxious experience, as I’m sure it is for most. Sarra was exceptional in the way she worked. It was efficient and top quality. Due to me not attending for some time, I had plaque build-up walking in, but walked out looking bright, white and sparkling. Sarra was very informative, gave great advice (mouth wash before and don’t rinse after brushing) about things I didn’t know before. Her session was quick, informative but also just a lovely experience all around. I would highly recommend the clinic, but Sarra in particular, for her professionalism and attention to detail. “All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect.They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!”

I was worried about whether the lump was benign or not and she kindly took my dog to the vet who pricked the lump and was able to confirm that it was a cyst.
