The first time I was introduced to Russell I was almost giving up on my car, everywhere I went to I got quoted a whole hip of money, the last quote I got was £500. “Probably one of the best experiences I've had with a garage. As a woman it can be intimidating to go into a car garage, especially as I know next to nothing about cars. “Would definitely recommend. Had a gearbox issue with my 60 plate Audi A3, which was quickly diagnosed over the phone as mechatronic unit needing to be replaced. He remained patient with all my questions and gave helpful advice on things to check which would increase the likelihood of it being a mechatronic unit issue. I had RAC tow the car out to the garage. Work was done in 2 days. The price was reasonable. Most importantly, car is running smooth. Hadn't even met the guy until collection!
