Though I did not have an appointment and this person (I am sorry I do not know his name) was having lunch, he happily came out to test my battery. And he did not charge me a penny for it and did it with a smile! What a gem of a person. Though he was having lunch, he spent a good 15 minutes explaining to me the intricacies of car batteries.
