“Perfect Touch are a very well run organisation, every individual I’ve had the pleasure to deal with has been extremely friendly and professional. I’ve been a customer of theirs for the last few years and would recommend them as the go to garage for any car in particular high performance vehicles. I first went to Perfect Touch to have a complete engine overhaul as those that know the 911/996 comes with an inherent issue of piston and boar failure, perfect touch rectified this for me yes it was costly but a lot less expensive than Porsche themselves. Since then I’ve continue to employ their services, they know my vehicle and more importantly they know me and look after me, what sets them apart from Porsche is the personal touch of treating me as valuable customer.”

“Took my 911 to Onyx to have the springs changed for a set of 20mm lowered Eibachs. Really friendly service, a nice clean unit and Ben kept me fully up to date on everything going on. Received the car back and although the job took a lot longer than they thought, they only charged me a bit more. Still a very good price compared to what independent Porsche garages wanted, and the Onyx facility looked a lot better than most of those too. Really pleased with how the car looks now, and the handing/ride hasn't been adversely affected - it really feels planted to the road now. While I was there I couldn't resist a run on the dyno, something I've not done for many years! Definitely a lot of fun, and nice to get a graph to put with the folder of my car, along with the videos of it on the rollers. If you have a performance car definitely do this if you are local. All in all, a great bunch of lads with a nice business/facility going, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Thanks!”

“I have been a customer here for the last 15 years ! I was there today with a large nail in my front tyre and I thought to myself, here goes another £250 :-( Then I am greeted by a lovely lady at reception, warm, friendly, welcoming but professional and works like a busy bee - answering phones, greeting customers, look to keep everything running - she is absolutely wonderful ! The tyre chap came back saying that they can actually fix the puncture and I did not nee to spend so much - what a relief ! The chap was on the ball and it did not take them 15 minutes to fix the tyre - one happy customer left that store. I know because they are so good you do need to book in advance, but that's what happens when you get quality work ! I HIGHLY recommend Kwik Fit Cricklewood and I do all my car work, tyres, MOT etc., there . GREAT job guys - keep it up !”
