“Called to book MOT gentleman on phone was very helpful and offered me two times within 2 days. Arrived, dropped car off, passed with nothing to address and was able to collect car within the hour. Very prompt, very efficient! Very fair price at only £49. Harvey was a lovely, approachable gentleman who returned my car on front desk, and the customers in front of me were delighted to have their tyre replaced at short notice. Finally a trustworthy garage, you have a new customer! See you again when my service is due! Previously at another garage in Cranham they failed my previous car on its MOT and told me I had to replace all four tyres at inflated prices when the treads on all tyres ranged between 3 & 5mm’s & Halfords in Romford failed two of our family cars for the same thing (on the lights being at the wrong angle) which they allegedly adjusted without asking for £12! So always skeptical when trusting garages. It’s a relief to finally find one I can, so thank you!”

“Prior to their closure, I took my cars to a trusted garage. Since that point, I had been on the hunt for another trusted garage (which I believe can be difficult at times). But thankfully I came across DRA. From making an initial enquire via email (promptly answered), receiving a quote for the work needed, receiving an update on when the work was complete to making payment and collecting my cars (2 cars have been taken here so far at different points), I would find it a struggle to go somewhere else. As of recently, they were very very understanding regarding a payment issue, which can be stressful for both sides the customer and garage, but they were understanding and not aggressive in any manner. If you're looking for a garage that is honest, reasonably priced and professional, you've found it.”

June 2025- just updating this because Chris and Mehmet as ever have been incredible- after my car showing all the symptoms of a knackered catalytic converter I was braced for a hideous bill. Chris had a poke about and isolated a wiring issue- he did his magic then told me to take the car home, drive it about for a few days and any further issues I should bring it back in rather than him start to take apart the engine and cost me a fortune in labour prior to any kind of diagnostic. Happily enough the issue was sorted and the bill? Only £80 plus VAT rather than god knows how much just on labour prior to any kind of further repair. Just shows how decent and honest these guys are. Thanks Chris and Mehmet, as a woman who only knows a bit about cars, going to a garage can be really intimidating, especially in London, but your approach means I can relax knowing I’m never going to be taken for a ride. Im laughing at the 1 star review who complained about him using ACF-50, I mean, how many mechanics you know use that on a bike?! Stewart doesn’t simply work on a bike, he cares for the bike, and every single nut, bolt, washer and spring with equal diligence. His knowledge is unmatched and his enthusiasm infectious. Stewart is a highly skilled craftsmen who will save you both time and money by knowing exactly what he is doing and doing it properly, first time. There are very few techs left who have worked on bikes since the 80’s and Stewart needs protecting at all costs given his knowledge and experience (which he shares freely to anyone) His labour rate is actually remarkably cheap, but that is slightly irrelevant given the encyclopedic knowledge and care that you as a client and your bike are getting. A billion times better than any BMW, Audi or Mercedes service centre for sure. If you are looking for the best real motorcycle mechanic in the UK, you have found him.”
