She directed the staff efficiently, ensuring that every detail was attended to and that our guests were well taken care of. Her leadership was evident in the seamless service and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that she helped create. One of the highlights of the evening was the cake-cutting ceremony. The cake was presented beautifully, accompanied by our two chosen desserts, which were a delightful surprise for everyone. The presentation was impeccable, adding a special touch to our celebration. The hospitality at Dhamaka was truly outstanding. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist and make our guests feel comfortable. “The place was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. From the first moment you feel welcome, greated with a genuine smile. A big selection for meat eaters, but vegetarians will find few options as well. The portions are huge, and look very well presentable. Food is fresh and tastes really good. The cafe is very clean and well maintained. I liked quiet music in the background.”

“Staff are so incredibly friendly. We ordered coffee and asked if it could come with oat milk, she went to the shop and bought Oatmilk for the drink! The food was also amazing. Highly recommend the Chu Chee Salmon and the Weeping Tiger. Definitely will come back!”

“Firstly I'd like to mention Shakshi. She is an absolute gem and lovely person. Since we've being dinning at Social Dhaba, which is now several years, she's been there and is an asset to the establishment. Her level of service, warmth and attention to detail is exemplar and makes our experience so much better. The food here is always on point. Perfectly balanced flavours and ever never had a dish that we've not enjoyed. We get a real variety of dishes from the menu, including the mix grill, salmon, basil paneer, avocado chat, garlic prawns, tardka dhal and some naans and breads. However, the best dish has to be the Handi Chicken curry. It's just amazing and a defo must. From the desserts, you have a selection of the classics, all of them fantastic so you can't go wrong. This place is regular for me and is always a place I recommend to others and take family and friend's to when in need for a really good Indian.”

“A very wonderful experience in a Nepalese restaurant was what I was looking for! I could find the authentic taste of the Newari set which was full of flavours. The sekuwa was juicy and flavoursome. The taste of momo was just like the momo in Nepal. The food service was very quick. The staffs were very kind and polite to us, especially Poonam who was helping us! Loved the hospitality. “went here for mother’s day this (very belated review) (sorry) but if i remember correctly this was sooo tasty!! i had two starters the tofu and salad and it was sooooo good. the sauce was so slay and the tofu was exactly how i love it. my mum also loved her curry. we had some nice drinks and 10/10 of be back !!”

“My experiences at the Rusty Bike Cafe are BLISSFUL. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS (I recommend the soup with fresh Artisan bread) and the prices are remarkably reasonable (£4 for a generous quantity). The employees are all volunteers and are incredibly sweet. It is nice to sit outside in the summer and inside during the winter. Guaranteed you will leave with a happy belly and a smile on your face.”

“I got a brand new kitchen including a lot of building work done through the Kitchen Company towards the end of 2023. From the first appointment to completion they have been nothing but professional, supportive and friendly. James designed the kitchen around what I needed making suggestions and taking what I wanted into account and as it was rendered on a computer it was very easy for me to see what it would look like and by the time it was completed it was exactly as it was it appeared on the computer! The builder that they provided was fabulous, very trustworthy and flexible and he then provided all the other services that were necessary taking any stress off my shoulders. The whole company has a friendly, family feel, very knowledgeable and willing to take on board my ideas. I cannot recommend them highly enough, you know you are going to get a quality kitchen from quality people.”
