“A huge shout out to Dave at B & D Tyres, Collier Row. I've been a customer of theirs for decades but today has probably been the best customer service I have received to date. My car needed a couple of bits sorted for it's M.O.T and armed with pictures, took it to a garage someone pointed me in the direction of. Without even looking at the pictures I took, they tried telling me I needed a complete new part, when all I needed was a clip. The guy was pushy & constantly cutting me off when I tried to speak. I said I'd let him know & headed to B & D for a new tyre. We got chatting and I showed Dave the pictures. He agreed that the garage was talking pony. He said if I left the car with him for a bit, he'd sort it & give me a call. An hour later, he rang and said it was all done. Not only did Dave & his team sort everything, they had then driven the car back to the test centre for it's retest and sorted that too. I was speechless. Dave made my day. He didn't need to do all that, that's not his job but I tell you what, that level of service is exactly WHY I have been a customer of theirs for decades. THANKYOU B & D! And thank YOU, Dave!”

“I don’t live near Romford, but anytime I’m passing by or in the area I come to Aguona mainly for the snacks because they are so good!! The staff in here are amazing and they were the ones who recommended some of the best snacks to eat especially the gusto puffs (they are really addictive). Price wise; affordable for border London and a quick pit stop to buy whatever you need. The owner and the workers deserve a high praise for this supermarket, keep up the good work ❤️”

“I had to kill some time waiting for my car. I was hungry and wanted something filling but not too heavy. Chose this cafe, I was impressed with the menu selections. They have the early bird full English breakfast options, I went with the cheese omelette which you can choose to have with a jacket potatoe, chips or salad. I chose the salad and pineapple suprise smoothie. I was very impressed with the food and the service was great as well. Really enjoyed this and will come back again.”

“I've been having my eyelashes done by Jade for many months now. She is very gentle, attentive and really cares about her end product. My natural lashes when I first approached her were very damaged but she was careful to cover this for me with the extensions without causing any further breakage and my natural lashes are now full underneath the extensions. It is always a pleasure to see her and I look forward to my appointments”

Such a wide variety of options available and some cool and creative innovations available! Very good spread of classic and wacky sushi available and crucially, I think this place is a good gateway for people who are trying sushi for the first time or aren't too fond of it as it does everything well but also offers things like cooked sushi options. We only managed to go to the Romford branch which I believe is the smallest one - but nonetheless it had seats available and felt very homely! Can't wait to visit Uxbridge and Finsbury park branches next!”

Nadine checked how much was on my voucher and proceeded to help me look. Once I found what I wanted she let me try it on the ring and then processed to check out. She was very welcoming and very helpful and was talking to me which was nice.”

“Hands down the best spot in Romford, tucked away on the far side of the market, this little gem is a generational family run cafe, I had a sausage egg and bacon sandwich taken away, it was foodgasmic the bacon was thick back bacon with a light smoke, the egg was runny the sausage was good quality and the crusty English bread was fresh and nourishing slavered in butter and brown sauce. I have been here a few times and think it’s great, and the tea is a good blend with a strong colour just the way I like it not milky and served in a proper cup not those fancy coffee dish’s. Keep up the good work guys.”
