“Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”

“Popped into here after coming out of cheam station, had a crying baby and I was starving. The server was really lovely and quickly made me some food within 15 mins it was sooo good and really nicely packaged so I could eat it on the go with the pram. Would recommend!”

“I had their Spicy chicken sandwich, and my Mrs had Portobello mushroom & Brie cheese sandwiche, along with coffee. All of them were delicious, especially the Speciality coffee that I had, it has Irish cream, Kaluha coffee liquor. Previously I had cakes as takeaway from them, they were also delicious. Seating and ambience is very comforting and cozy. My wife loves this cafe . Owner and staff are very warm and polite. I'll highly recommend anyone who visits Sutton.”

“Sweet hidden gem for all you coffee fanatics out there. Had the Kenya batch brew filter which was yum also picked up a bag of Colombia Buenos Aires which is a peach fruit bomb. Do yourself a favor get it before it gone. Bru the owner roast his own beans and he does a fantastic job.”

“Best bar in Sutton! Good selection of beer and a selection of craft beers in the fridge. The roast on a Sunday is definitely a winner with really good portion sizes at a great price. Aaron and the team are fantastic with lots of great recommendations for craft beers and always give amazing service. There is a space available to rent for free for hosting larger groups upstairs and a small selection of board games available to play. The pub is dog friendly and has a doggo station with water and treats!”

“Excellent service from Maria (my previous review has gone so apologies if her name is not Maria) she was attentive without being over burdening, we had many tasty cocktails and shooters. We had visited as an off the cuff birthday, mainly for the cocktails tbh. The food was nice, the drinks great, the atmosphere amazing, the service excellent. Even when the birthday cake came out, which I hadn't expected. As an impromptu evening it was great and I look forward to returning with a larger group.”

“I've been to this pub a few times at the weekend for the food and also for the entertainment. On Fridays, i have visited with friends, and there has been a karaoke. The guy doing it is great and gets everyone involved. My friends and I have also been on a Saturday and have enjoyed the food and often stay for the disco after. The DJ is great and always tries to fit in song requests. The atmosphere has always been good and the staff are very friendly, it is also great that the pub is dog friendly and the staff are more than happy to get a bowl of water for you when needed which is great.”

“I have been going here fairly regularly for a number of years and it’s currently the best is ever been. The staff are fantastic, always welcoming and keen to help with whatever you need. The food is well priced, fresh and very tasty with a good variety of options. The lovely little garden is a bonus for a town centre pub and there are lots of themed evenings that are good fun. Well worth a visit.”

“What a wonderful pub. It was fairly quiet when we were there but had a great chat with both the Guvnor and her daughter who have been running this pub for quite some time. The is quite a bit of space to move around in with a bar running parallel to the front of the building. There is outside seating down the side of the pub, but don't forget to say hello to their resident cockatoo as you go out. The Guinness was excellent as was the Courage Best Bitter.”

“Shoe range has massively gone up in the world in quality, from what I used to know it 10 years ago. The lady that helped was absolutely amazing!! Didn't get her name, but blonde hair and glasses, lovely lady, great attitude, a smile on her face, and happy to help. I needed some shoes for a suit, she asked what colour my suit was, got the perfect colour for my suit and gave me 3 great options in seconds, to meet my exact needs. I picked the one I liked the most, she grabbed my size out for me, said feel free to take a seat and try them on, got her opinion on them, which put me at ease that they looked okay on me and they feel so comfortable it's unreal... cost £40 and great quality! The lady behind the desk was also great and chatty and friendly! The recipient has TE on it for the cashier name and was today 11/9/24 at 5.40pm I was stressed trying to find shoes elsewhere in the high steet and not liking anything and going in here, got me the perfect shoes and reassured me they suited me in minuets 10/10”
