“What a pleasant experience. We were greeted at the door and seated by the friendly "Ben" who anticipated our needs throughout the evening. Ben brought us some complimentary warm focaccia and olives to nibble on while we made our menu choices. The menu has a good balance of dishes and I quickly decided on my choices along with a bottle of Ramaro for the table; I have a soft spot for Sicilian red wine. All dishes were well plated and tasted as good as they looked. The portions were also very generous, perhaps "Mama" was in the kitchen dishing the plates. After the meal, there was little room left for dessert, so I shared a panna cotta with my wife; I have to say that it was the best I've ever tasted. My only regret is that I didn't choose one of the seafood dishes, they looked realy appetizing. My relationship with crustacions has always been one where no matter what precautions I take while shelling them, a jet of oil always squirts out and slashes me on my shirt. Perhaps next visit I'll wear on old shirt or a bib; perhaps both.”

“Booked a table last minute at The French Table and they manage to accommodate us for a colleagues birthday , from start to finish everything was merticulous. Great ambiance and the place is not overcrowded with many tables, they have 2 floors but the place is not too big. I asked for extras to be added on our table and in under 30 minutes they delivered. We had personalised menues with colleagues name on it. Everything i asked for, they delivered. Would definately visit again. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a Michelin type of a restaurant. Tasting menus, wine paring, good food, everything is just so done to perfection, the staff are so friendly.”

“I had the Linguine Granchio at Bella Vita last night and it was absolutely fantastic — perfectly cooked pasta with tender, flavorful crab in a light, aromatic sauce that tasted incredibly fresh. For dessert, the Tiramisu was heavenly — creamy, rich, and just the right balance of coffee and sweetness. Every bite was pure Italian delight! “I work in London two weeks a month and this is always always always my go to place for brunch. I’ve been coming here for breakfast pretty consistently for about 6 months or more and every time the food was fresh, tasty, well presented, and came out quickly. The ladies are absolute gems as well. I went to a couple of other pricier and ‘fancier’ halal breakfast places in the surrounding area, but they never ticked all the boxes the way Jasmine’s do. It tends to be very busy on weekends but every time I got lucky and found a table, and again even when it was busy the food and service quality stayed the same which is a major plus.”

“Hands down the best tortillas in all of London, and best tacos de carnitas too! Handmade blue corn tortillas really make the taco, and the fillings don’t disappoint. We tried tinga de pollo, pollo con mole, and chicharrón prensado. All of them were really good, but the absolute best were the tacos de carnitas. Deliciously moreish, so good we had to take some home, along with a couple dozen tortillas and salsa. Tere kindly packed carnitas and toppings for us, which we had today at home. And now I’m completely hooked, I’ll have go back for more soon. If you have a gathering at home (from a few guests to a big party), you can preorder tortillas, fillings, and toppings and you’ll impress everyone. The service is warm and attentive, and Tere makes everyone’s visit special. ¡Gracias! P.S. I’m from Mexico City. Some reviews have been critical of the ambience and waiting times. This is a market food stall, like the best ones in Mexico City, and there’s a special charm in that. As for waiting times, they are quite quick for London, way faster than any pub. “Never tried schnitzel food first time went to this restaurant n truly loved The sizzling Hawain the best in love juicy crispy overload, and the Mushroom Arancini is a delicious mix of crispy and creamy - a golden shell with a rich, earthy mushroom risotto centre.
