As a 19-year-old student, finding a place has been incredibly difficult, especially having to come face-to-face with so many things I’ve never had to deal with before. From the very start, Jasmine understood this and was nothing but comforting, thoughtful, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She has such a warm and positive attitude, and you can immediately tell that she truly loves and cares about her job. “Megan has been working her magic on us for years and it's not just hairdressing, it's family therapy, music and film reviews, teen counselling, career advice and some chemistry and trichology lessons thrown in. Together with the brilliant Rhiannon, Jess and Ruby they make our visits an absolute treat. Oh and we are delighted with our colour (me topped up with Megan's signature blonde treatment, daughter down to a gorgeous shiny dark chocolate thankyou Jess) and cuts. We are Christmas party ready! “Great food served promptly. Bit of a queue outside on a Sunday night, but stuck with it and glad we did as the queue shifted to nothing in less than five minutes. Just the right amount of time reading the menu before the waitress asked for our order, which came less than 10 minutes later. All freshly prepared and bang on to the descriptions in the menu. The dishes looked exactly like the menu which is rare these days. Waitress was quick with the next round of drinks and then the bill. Couldn't really ask for more, thank you Yasmin.”

“What a gem of a place! Had shellac pedicure and shellac acrylics! Lovely staff. Didn't wait a second in fact I booked for two people and arrived and the basin was being filled ready for my arrival! Offered a drink several times. Took time and didn't feel rushed even though the phone was ringing and people turning up. Moved from another shop so will definitely stay with this one. It's clean and relaxed and so friendly. Prices good too. Was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend! They now have another 3 customers! Customer service 5* all the way! To the previous person moaning... if you don't want to wait then paint your own! Simple!”

“The ambiance is amazing cozy as I was told by my lecturer, I had a assignment on TGI Fridays so googled where to find one and the nearest one was in stains very spacious and very nice place to hangout, I cheered myself with my all time favourite Guinness and a huge burger since I don’t eat much and came alone couldn’t try much but am definitely coming back with my friends to hangout , the customer service was amazing, staff very friendly thank you”

“Amin provided a great service, fixing my car where it had been bit and the drivers door and wing panel had been dented and the paint scratched off. Upon collection I was very impressed with the level of craftsmanship and he had even washed the car inside and out! I can't recommend his services enough, I will definitely be using him and his team again in the future.”

“Just had the most lovely pamper package with my daughter here. Laura and Debbie are super warm and welcoming. I wasn't expecting to be too relaxed given I was there with my 6 year old but as I said to Debbie my facial was sooo relaxing and I didn't even realise I had a headache until it was gone. They use lovely products like Neals Yard too. We are looking forward to coming back and hoping to make it a school holiday tradition.”

“Absolutely love this place. Got my hair cut here today and my first impressions are they are very welcoming, the atmosphere was good, and they listen to what you want out of your hair style. Lindsey cut my hair and did such a good job i love it. She really took her time and kept checking in incase i wanted adjustments. I have really thick hair and this is the first time its been layered and thinned out where i could see and feel the difference and its already so much easier to manage. She was also really lovely to talk to and made the time fly by. I will definitely be coming back :)”

“I went to Martina with an injury to my foot caused during a run. She is excellent and worked out the cause on my first visit and has provided me with advice and encouragement for my recovery. She also provided guidance on how much I was running I should do during my treatment and exercises to strengthen my weak spots. I cannot recommend her highly enough and am very happy to be enjoying my running again.”

“Had Chris of Spence to service my boiler. He was punctual, polite and very helpful.Chris kindly emptied the cupboard where the boiler was and put everything back neat and tidy afterwards. First time of using Spence and I would certainly use them again. No complaints whatsoever.”

“Very warm welcome at this charming house. Bed and Breakfast is a bit misleading. Breakfast was a couple of biscuits and tea or coffee in the room. No problem for us - we never have breakfast! Lovely comfortable bed and perfectly situated for Heathrow terminal 5 (7mins in the car). Paul, can I recommend that you leave the fridge door open when not in use? It didn't smell too nice from being closed! Really enjoyed playing your piano! Keep practicing! We'll definitely use your establishment again!”

“I have been in staying for two weeks in Staines now as a tourist and this food is the best food I have tried since I came here. We will go back there for dinner for sure. Update: We went to have a dinner and the food was very delicious again. The staff were lovely as always.”
