It came as quite a shock to may daughter at the difference, the hairdresser was absolutely brilliant in re-assuring her it looked lovely. My daughter is already getting used to her new look only an hour later and smiling. There was no charge for this cut, refused a tip and insisted I put that towards the charity too!
