I approached Cullens of Surrey to auction my late husband's treasured model bus collection. From the outset, the service I received was outstanding. I dealt primarily with Derrick over email, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He guided me through the whole process and arranged for the collection of the items. The driver who came to collect the collection was also professional, punctual, and friendly, and everything went very smoothly. Derrick kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. The collection was thoughtfully split across three auction sales, and the first one has now been completed—every item in that sale was sold. I am so pleased with the overall experience and grateful for how sensitively and efficiently the whole process was handled. “I've used ultrasound direct before in Exeter but they no longer offered the service I needed. I came to Croydon (from Cornwall) as it was near a relative. Everything went seamlessly, I was seen on time by a lovely lady, all very professional and my images were available to me within 30 mins of being there. In my instructions it didn't mention parking but there was paid parking available in the immediate vicinity so wasn't a nightmare. Would definitely recommend this company for a great service.”

“I just had my first experience shopping at Loupe, Croydon. What an incredible experience. I was made to feel welcome from the minute I walked in. Janet took time to walk me through the showroom and talk me through a number of watches I wanted to try on which was thoroughly enjoyable. Janet was fantastic and knowledgeable throughout my visit. I also spoke with Oshane who also shared his knowledge on Rolex and Tudor and adjusted the watch I purchased to fit. The team were all welcoming and overall I would say this was an extremely luxurious shopping experience. “I have just visited this hairdresser/beauty salon. As always my hair looks fantastic, having had a cut colour and blow dry. My nails are perfect after having a manicure and shellac polish. I always come out feeling very relaxed and positive. All of the staff are very attentive and friendly, always happy to chat and listen.Plenty of refreshments offered along with up to date quality magazines. Very clean environment including the wash room. Everything one could ask of a salon. Would never go anywhere else now I have found this little gem.”
